Another number they are using is 585-366-0553 lady named Michelle Moore, such a bunch of idiots. I really hope these people get caught i am getting so fed up with their calls. I gave them my attorneys number and told them not to contact me anymore, she said why would we call your attorney? I just hung up. OMG they are a joke.

I got the same exact call this morning. I knew it was a crock....why would they ever call you and let you know you are going to be arrested???? HOWEVER, i did call and file a police report against the whoever the has the number 5855686677. B*****DS. It could really scare a lot of people. I wont lie, I called my county office to make sure i have no warrants. I dont.

Have they came to arrest you yet.   I have been getting the same type of calls for over a year now.

received another call today.   I can not get them to stop.  they are even calling my work.  I think I am going to talk to an attornery.


I have put alerts on all my infomration.  filled complaint.  I have even called the Tv Stations.  I am tired of this.

thats what I thought.. they said they were from the federal courts.  And when I did not call them back I received a call at my work saying they were from the state police and to Call this Crystal Shannon back.
I call to try to verify with the state police but my state doesn't even have state police.  But I had already sent them money .  I am suppose to send more.  They had me send a letter with a payment plan.  do you know since it is a scam  will I be in problem since I signed something?

I am so sorry they put you through paying them.  Also remember, before a warrant is issued, you should have received a letter or an affidavit from the courts to appear in court first. Whether it would be a speeding ticket, payday loans, bill collectors, or someone filed a complaint on you, remember you must receive a letter or an affidavit from an attorney, collection company, etc.  Never reveal any personal information over the phone. Ask them for their credentials so you can research their company name & phone number on the internet. Just google their company name or phone number. If they do not reveal their business name or number, then its a scam. Federal or Local officers don't ever call homes to threaten them!

Thank You for the information.  becasue I have paid this person money because they got me scared.  I am not going to pay them any more money.    They even call my number from 911 also said they were the police.  I am so scared.  It is really scarry.   I not even on the east coast.  I live on the westcoast.

I filled a complaint with the Ftc.   Unfortunally I paid  them 600 already.

Please stop calling my phone I've never had any kind of payday loans and if somebody used my information to get any type of online  payday loans or other wise y'all are dumb because shouldn't u have the identification of that person because in that case u all she be able to tell who it was,because it wasn't me!!!! If you receive a call from 585-568-6677 these people are preying on folks with payday loans.  When you call 585-568-6677 in the evenings, the recorder will say, this is the federal claims courts, but actually this is a mobile phone, in Rochester, NY.  I reported this number to the NY police and they are in the process of investing this number.  I received an emergency call, meaning my caller ID showed the symbol of the Red Cross with the word Emergency. When I answered the phone a woman said that I had to call officer Jason Hays at 585-568-6677 immediately because they had a warrant for my arrest and before they activate the warrant, they wanted me to call officer Jason Hays.  What these folks did not know is that I work for an attorney and I know how the courts work. I called for officer Jason Hays but someone named Crystal said, he was not there. Crystal said, there was a complaint against me. They had three counts against me; 1)Violation of loan policy; 2) check fraud; 3) Gmail fraudalent.  She said, I needed to have my attorney call her in 30 minutes or settle out of court. I asked her what was the name of the payday loan company? She said, I will find out when I appear in court. I asked her what was the amount deposited in my bank by the payday loan company? She said, $500. I told her she is lying because I have never had a payday loan for $500. Then she said, it was anywhere from $350 to $500. I told her I will have my attorney call this number. She said, my attorney needs to call in 30 minutes or she will release the warrant for my arrest. She started threatening me and I told her don't threaten me and she hung up. THIS IS A SCAM FOLKS!   DONT EVER TAKE PEOPLE LIKE THIS SERIOUSLY.  THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.  585-568-6677 IS A MOBILE NUMBER IN NY.  THEY WILL TELL YOU THERE FROM MASSACHUSETTS, NEW HAMPSHIRE, PRETTY MUCH IN STATE, EVEN CANADA. INVESTIGATE YOUR CALLS FROM THE UNKNOWN. CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POLICE OR FBI.

i received the same type of call.  Wanting money.  It was from a crystal shannon and if I do not call them back their will be and offficer show up at my job.  I am going to contact my local police and also file a complaint with the ftc.  thye sound like they are reading from a script because if you ask them questions they get all flustered.

Claimed to be deputy from the State Tx witha warrant for my arrest..mbut when I call back the recording says State of NY?!b

I got a call from this number claiming to be a deputy from the state of texas with a claim and if I'd didn't call back within 12hrs they would contact my employer and arrest me. But when I call back the recording says the New York state claims office...WTF?! How are you going to give me a deadline and then be closed!!! Plus the caller I'd when they called said "911"...ummm huh?
