Elderly parents receiving calls.from this number. Want to verify bank information and renew Fraud Protection Agreement. When asked for name and return phone number they hang up.

I hope your mom called your grandma's bank and had the account frozen.  If she didn't you need to tell her to do it now.  Quick, before the scammers spend all of grandma's money. The phone number is on Grandma's bank statement.

They called my grandma today, stating they were Medicare. She gave them her SS and bank account number. She then called my mom who  called Medicare and was told they would never ask for that information over the phone. So maddening, my grandma is 88 years old with Alzheimer's.

Jay - this just happened to my mother today and she gave them her SS # - Bank Account number.  Did your mother do the same?

Called my elderly mother, said they had tried to send her insurance card (ford discounts on doctors visit)and it was wrong, asked for current mailing address. Ended up asking for bank info. I tried to call the number back, recording said it was a disconnected number.

Received a call from this # which I did not pick-up... When I called it back, it was the phone company's recording of "disconnected #" ???  Pretty strange...

THE GUY ASKED FOR ME AND THEN I ASKED WHOS CALLING AND HE HUNG UP ON ME! IM SICK OF TELEMARKETING GET A LIFE!
