I just received a call on my cell as well. I didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message. I would suspect it's soliciting.

they called me asking for my boyfriend, i asked her what this was regarding and she asked me if i was his partner. again i asked what this was about and she said i will contact him later and hung up

This number also called my cell phone just now and did not leave a voicemail.

This number keeps dialing my cell phone but never leaves a voice message.  Any ideas what or why?
