Got a call from this number.  It was a legitimate call from Supershuttle, reminding me of my pick-up time.

I just received a call and a VM from them, courtesy reminder. BEST part of my day since the airline changed my flights without telling me...If I hadn't checked this morning I would have been in for a rude surprise tomorrow...

Called and didn't leave message.  I am going to Vegas tomorrow.  Like everyone else is saying at least leave a message.

I used this company's shuttle service recently in San Francisco. They called me the day before as a reminder, then called with an ETA for my pick up shuttle. All messages are automated and don't start the recording right away.

Called and left VM about my scheduled pick up. Very detailed and professional. Legit call.

We had a reservation for Super Shuttle; they phoned to reconfirm a few hours prior, and I answered and heard the entire message.  Perhaps if you let it go to voice mail they do NOT leave the full message?????   I had no problem with Super Shuttle.

This time, I gave them my land line, even though they'd be picking me up at the hotel in Orlando and taking me to the airport.  Messages from my land line go as wav attachments into my e-mail.... (two months before in Dallas, they'd called my cell after I'd already checked in with them by the luggage claim and was on my way to their distant pick-up point.  This time, they left a message of when they'd come, asking me to please be ready...it was a few minutes earlier than the reserved time; all good!

This was a reminder from ExecuCar airport shuttle service in Phoenix.  I wasn't able to answer in time but they did leave a voice mail.

You have to wait on the voice mail on your phone. I thought there was no message and almost hung up but 8+ seconds later the message came in confirming the date and time of pick and to where. I found the caller ID on line with this site and others.

Having used Super Shuttle a lot lately, they do reminder calls 12-15 hours before your reservation. Unfortunately, their system is so cheap that they don't use any type of caller ID like "Super Shuttle" and it fails to leave even a computerized message in your voicemail.

Still happening. I made a reservation with Super Shuttle and received this call from 602 244 9000 a few hours later. I let it go to voicemail and voicemail showed there was 20 second message and recording, but no voice, just strange silence.  How can a legit company not fix something so important as this? Makes me wonder if I will get to the airport in time by going with them.

It's just a reminder call from Super Shuttle. It takes a while before the automated voice begins to talk.

Like all others, I also have a pickup scheduled tomorrow morning.   Unlike some of the others who posted, there was a detailed message that was left on voice mail.

This call came on my cell yesterday as I was rushing from the baggage claim area via the phone bank where I'd called Supper Shuttle giving my reservation number as originally instructed. The ringing cell being in my back pack, there was no way I was going to cease rolling my suitcase toward the distant blue van and answer it.  Thanks to this online forum, I know who was calling.  I see they left a message, but I'm going to wait until I'm back home in a few weeks to listen to it out of curiosity.

happened again :(    ...too bad there's nobody apparently able to repair their auto-dialer.

As with others who posted, I have a reservation with Super Shuttle tomorrow, but no message and no one responds when I answer. Seems like a pointless reminder service to me and definitely doesn't inspire confidence in their services.
