Kaplan Law office. Harassing and very very rude. Spoke to Brittany who is trying to collect debts from 8-12 years ago and was threatening me. When I told her I was ill and unemployed, she said 'That is no excuse" and laughed at me. I finally had to hang up on her. She will never get anyone to pay if she treats people like  that. I am angry that I let her get the best of me first thing in the morning.

I have received phone calls from this number, when I answer and say "hello" the caller hangs up, and this ordeal goes all day! Also I have received several letters from this "Crooked" law firm, I don't answer this letters.

This female voice continues to call my number and ask for my me and then when I answer she hangs up

Jerold Kaplan Law Office calling to "collect" a debt. No message left so the "debt" must not be that big of a deal to them. Interesting since I have no debts and haven't for a few years!?

Received a phone call but, no message.

I was called and told i owed 800 + and i told them i didnt owe any money and they said they would be sueing me if i was or wasnt the person.  I told them to not call me anymore and they said they would call when ever they wanted to.

left 3 minute voicemail - someone laughing in the background, no one actually left a msg

Got a call but no message. When are law offices debt collectors?

She called wanting to verify employment..for an ex employee

A woman czlled from this number and said she was from an attorneys office and that I owed someone $700. I told her that she had the wrong person and to not call me anymore. So far, so good.
