A call came in from this number. I said hello and it Immediately started ringing as if it was an outgoing phone call. A man on the other end of the line picked up and asked for me by first name. I didn't confirm who I was, but Immediately asked who this was, what company, and what was the purpose of his call.

He did not give me his name but he told me he was calling from Web Strategies (something something) which to me sounded like one of those "get rich quick" scams.

I told him he was calling an private, no-solicit number. He then told me I had signed up to be called... (in my head I said: BULLS@#T I don't give out my number.)  

I then told him to put me on their "Do Not Call List" and his reply was "F$%K OFF" and a hang-up.

Yeah... that sounds legit.
