they keep calling and do not say any thing and when calling them back they are busy

I have received a half dozen calls from this number in the last two weeks.  Spoke in Spanish and when I answered in English they said (in English) "Wrong number" and hung up.  One or two wrong numbers I can see, but these people call every other day.

Goto block that stink soon after all these somments

602-280-7801 called last night @ 8:47PM. When I answered, a woman said somthing in spanish.
I told her, "You are making a phone call in The United States of America. We don't speak nor understand spanish. You have the wrong number. COMPRENDA?"  
Ok...so, I know one spanish word.

Received the call, didnt pick up

I have received two calls in two days from this number. I finally answered today and yelled, "dookie dookie dookie!" shrilly into the phone when I answered. F***ing a**holes, calling me at my house. I hope the caller puts my number on the do not  call list, but I will still block it anyway.

Called and did not leave a message. I called back and got a message that "the number could not be reached now. Please hang up and try again later." After reading the comments I have no problem picking up next time and telling them to kiss my *** :D

I've received a call from this number a few times on my cell phone.  I work nights and sleep during the day so I usually miss the call  There is never a voice mail and when I call the number back I get the message "The number can not be reached now, please hang up and try again later".  These people are driving me up the wall.

This lady called my house, I was in a good mood so I decided to go ahead and talk to her. She just wanted to know what radio station I listen to the most so I told her I didn't have a favorite but she insisted so I said power 106. She was pretty nice, no big deal.

called once, i didn't answer b/c the number is unfamiliar, no msg left.  i returned the call and reached a voicemail service.  recorded msg includes "we are not telemarketers", and goes on to explain they conduct phone surveys to improve quality of radio stations.  i hung up.

i called the number from a landline and got a recording from FIT inc. i pressed 1 to opt out,but the msg just goes to spanish then again in english

Well she called the house I told her to speak English them she got rude then I told her if she called my house again I was going to find her and shove her phone well you know where rude a** people what's the point of the do not call list if they still doing it

didnt reconize the number. answer cause it was my business line.. no one said anything until i raised my voice.  a lady in spanish asked for someone (i couldnt make out the name) twice.  when i told her she had the wrong number she said in plain english "i'm sorry" and hung up.

They call my office phone after hours and don't leave a message. You'd think by now they would have figured out this is a business phone and no one is going to answer.

I received a call from 602/280.7801 on my work phone at 7:21p on 06/12/09.  I wish for a better enforcement of the do-not-call law; also received an automated call about Visa/Master Card interest rates at home.  These all seem to be violation of the law.  With governments running short of funds wouldn’t it be a good thing to go after these jerks that continue to annoy most citizens?

Received this call on my new phone number, already registered for do not call list also - so this is illegal. Caller ID in short and translated means "opinion of music" - meaning as the person above said, this does appear to be a survey of Spanish music. I didn't answer since no one has my number but family and I knew it wasn't them. I agree though that something should be done about numbers like this.

Didn't recognize the #, didn't answer the phone.

I picked up but said nothing.  Finally a female voice said something in Spanish and then hung up.

Spoke in Spanish till I said it's America speak English.  She got very rude and said she speaks both languages and then hung up.

that number just called my fax machine at my home/business and nothing came through, but it's still ongoing and very annoying, and IF THEY ARE IN MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA - why doesn't the FCC stick Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio on them?  hmmmmm?

this number called my house and there is no response

Someone called my home from this number at 11:04 PM Central Time. When I answered it no one would respond.

This phone number, 602 280 7801, called me yesterday at 7:41 pm.  The operator told me in Spanish that she wanted to conduct a survey of radio listening or some radio thing.  The number is registered to Univision Radio in Maricopa County, Phoenix, Arizona.  Carrier is Qwest Corporation.
