I got a phone call from this number on feb 20 2014

Received a call from this number while was talking on other line.

This is logistic care (medical insurance) who is calling to make sure that you are going to your Dr.appointments especially if they (logistic care) paid for any transportation needs that you might need.
If you do not make your medical appointment, they will also call to find out the reason why you didnt make it and if you will have to pay for any transportation needs that you did not use for not going to your Dr appointment.
So, if you have medical insurance and have a Dr appointment, they will call to veryify certain things and also call more often if you do not make your Dr. appointment.

This number has called me 60 times in the last 2 days and the day is still early!! How do I make it stop!!!today first call at 8:34am they have called 6 more times in the last two hours!!yesterday first call was at 8:22am last call was a 3:42pm(which is almost 5 in Arizona which is where the number is coming from) for a total of 54 calls in 7 hours!!

Call Came in on 9/07/2009 at 4:06 PM Pacific time.It is felony under Nevada Law Code 201.255 to make harrssing phone calls.They had better stop immedialtely or I will notify Sherriff.I will put out cease and desist letter as well.I will then call FTC AND Atty general of their state and mine as well
