Was a very distorted recorded call.  The recording was in an Asian dialect.  Sounded Veitnamese, but was distorted I can not say for sure.

PS, there are FREE call blocking programs available online.  I have not found one that works with VOIP, yet.  Used to use one that resided in system TRAY.

If I understood Vietnamese I would know who called be at 7:30 PM Easter Day.

Yes, there are two after midnight. I've complained to my cell phone company, FTC, FCC, Do not call list.  Doesn't do any good. Good luck to you if you are on their call list.

Vietnamese telemarketing?  so odd to get this in my voicemail all the time.. i'm not viet and haven't done any business with them.  Obiously, i want it to go away.
