This number called me earlier today for the first time and left a voicemail while I was at work. When I listened to it, it was a recording of a woman's voice that said, "Please hold for important information". Then it cut off. The number called me again tonight at 8:28pm. I answered it that time and received the same recording. The automated voice repeated that phrase 3 times in a row, then it cut off.  When I called the number back, I received the recording: "This number cannot be completed as dialed. Please hang up and try your call again." Apparently, many people have been receiving calls from area code 602 in the Phoenix, AZ area. Wtf is going on?!?

ditto here all of the above happened to me every day, 3 times a day!! cell phone company cant trace back for me..very annoying! I set this call as a different default ringer so I wont run to it..who is it? any info?

This is Citizens Bank.  The caller ID says Phoenix, AZ.  They keep calling for one car payment that we are behind.  I can't wait to get them off my back when we file for bankruptcy.

I keep getting calls from this number at work and at home.  One time the guy on the other end kept trying to pronounce my last name; said it repeatedly (wrong) and then said, "that's how I would pronounce it. How do you pronounce it?"  He hung up when I asked who was calling.  The scary thing was, he knew what name was attached to that number.

call came in at aprox 6:15 PM 04/01/09 asking for a name , the 1st name was correct but last name was wrong , i said that I never heard of that person so the next question was how long did I have that number and I stated that it was assigned to me over 10 years ,her next statement was that " I will look in to it further"
when I asked what her business was i got " from City Bank or Citezens Bank" I cant remember
I live on the east coast and the number originated from Phoenix,AZ no  connection there, tried to call it back and all I get is a busy signal

This number keeps calling me and calling me.. WHEN you answer they ask for someone and they are not here then you call back and its busy busy busy or you find out its not a working number. I have no idea WHY they keep calling me and i cant get a answer why they wont stop calling me.. THEY call five times a day and the same time each day, YOU CAN answer it and tell them they have the wrong number and they keep calling you

This is Citizens Bank (Citizen's Automobile Finance).  They want you to make your car payment.

Got a call from this number.  They did not leave a message. When I called it back, I get a msg telling me it is not in service.   I am in WI and google shows it to be in AZ.

If you write them and tell them not to call your job, they will honor that request.

I also received a call AT WORK from number 602-412-2700 (which was constantly busy).  They have no right to call my work (in my opinion) and I don't know how they get permission to call a person's place of employment! This explains why when I asked who this was, they were quick to say they will try later.  Unreal.  I wish I could report them!

I KEEP getting the same thing over and over and over again and they WILL NOT STOP CALLING !!!

602-412-2701 is the HR person at CITIZENS BANK - another confirmation that this one of their numbers. calling the 2700 # is always busy...

when I said no. she asked if I had this number a while when I said that the  number was assigned to me for over 10 years she said that she will look further
I asked what business she was calling from ,her statement was " I work for City Bank

It's Citizen's Bank.  They called for a legitimate reason, for me.

who are the people? they called and ask if i knew bernard furbick. they said he used me for a personal referance. i have no idea who he is or who the caller is. she hung up when i tried to ask questions. icalled back but got a bussy sig. every time. how do u find out who iscalling and using your name or number.jim ps.i maped the # and it came up on jefferson st &7th st. in phoenix az.

aghh ok citizens..they call one day after your payment is late! sooooo annoying...you get paid when I get paid..back off! is this harrassment?

Ya its Citizens..but they called me after 9pm. This is going to be an issue. I reported them for calling so late. It just seems to me that if they do not want to be turned in for harrasment they should answer their damn phones instead of waking me up to hear I have an important phone call. I am in the military, when I get recordings about important phone calls, it means im packing my bags for somethin either war or family problems. You never leave messages that are "important" when they dont matter that much. Oh and Citizens..you took my payment out 7 days ago! Get off my back! Thanks for listening

This is from Citizens Auto Finance.  They call when your payment is late.

I just keep getting this number calling on my cell phone several times a day even Sunday!

I have my truck financed through Citzens.  Their number's are 1-877-265-3278 and 1-888-333-8229...says right on the top of my statments.

I received four hangups from this number.  The fifth time they called I was actually able to speak with someone.  It is Citizens Auto Finance.  I assume the hangups or no response on the other end is because they are using an automated calling system of some type.  They dial multiple lines at once, if you get hung up on, it's probably because someone else answered their phone faster than you did.
