I had a billing statement from Verizon that billed me $18.95 from a collect call from #602-431-1297 at December 15, 2007 at 8:29 am A call that I NEVER accepted nor did I ever made that call. I don't know anyone from Phoenix Arizona and I live alone. Also my phone line is connected to my fax machine. Therefore this is a fraudelent call.
