magazine telemarketers calling several times per day

Called asking if I had received the magazines I ordered as part of the promotion.  I asked what promotion and that I had not ordered any magazines.  Caller hung up before I could get more information from him.

Why can't they do something about these companies! Got a call wanting to confirm my magazine subscription, I said I have no idea what you are talking about. They then hung up on me. I tried calling back the number to see who it was, but you just get a menu recording to press 1, 2 or 3. Nothing happens when you press numbers. Hopefully they don't have enough information of mine to do anything. I really want to know who is selling my cell phone number.

donot want these calls please put them on the ddonot call list.

Have gotten several calls from this number and they were unsolicited.  I did not answer but wish to  cancel any further contact with them.

she called and said i did a survey and tryed to talk me into giving my credit info again i didnt though
and became suspicious so i did a reverse trace and inadvertantly found this site and now i see there true nature so dont play along with them just hang up

they call everyday at all times i doint no these people and its make me angry what can i do about this problem

Same, didn't answer, no message.  Probably the same company as the other 6 numbers I have blocked so far.  I get a lot of magazine scam calls.  Interestingly, one of them is actually sending me a TON of magazines I have never subscribed to and don't want, but I'm not being billed for and don't have contact info for them.  With out contact or billing info, I can't get them stopped, and I am not giving my info out to one of these scams in hopes that it's the one who is sending me this unwanted junk.

Keeps calling on different numbers and does not leave a message. When we answer there is no one there and when we called back no one answers on their end. SCAM

I have received several calls from this number, with a 501 and a 602 area code.  They never leave a message and hang up when I answer.  I block their number but they just keep calling from a new number!  I've called them and found out it's for a magazine company.  I do NOT subscribe!  These people are VERY annoying!!

I'm pretty sure that this is a collections scam. They call about magazines in order to confirm your phone number and get other updated information (address and other). I don't think for a second that all these calls are really about magazines. My suggestion is not to answer and not to confirm your name or other info.

I GOT A PHONE CALL ASKING IF I AM RECEIVING THE MAGAZINES WHICH I NEVER SUBSCRIBED.    WHEN I TOLD THE LADY THAT I NEVER RECEIVED ANY MAGAZINES AND I AM NOT INTERESTED TO SUBSCRIBE ANY MAGAZINE, SHE GOT UPSET AND SAID "WELL YOU DO NOW" AND HANG UP ON ME.  WHY WOULD SHE GET UPSET WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED???

This number is also part of the telemarketer scam with those darn magazines.  I also get 501-859-0344, 478-787-0042, 832-514-2446, & 313-449-8795 calling me on my work phone throughout the day.  No one is on the other end and they have called up to 6 times per day.  I have kept the list next to my phone so I do not pickup when I see these numbers.  Today I called one of the numbers back early in the morning and got the recording and if you listen it does give you the option to be removed from the list.  I would try it.  I am testing to see if it works.  They say it will be removed in two days.  So next week we will see if they stop or not.  If not I may have to change my work phone number so they stop calling!!

I don't want any magazines so quit calling me.

This number just called me asking about magazines and an entry to win a million dollars, said they were based out of florida. When they asked for my credit card number i immediatly said to take my name off everything and hung up, hopefully they wont call back.  Dont give them any info!

Calling a lot left no message calling at least 4 to 5 times a day and on weekends

This number called me.  They said the same thing to me about magazines that not once in my life have I subscribed to.  As they went on trying to sound professional they then asked me for my credit card number.  I refused and told them to take my name off the list and hung up. Dont give them any info!

Its a scam... they call everyday... I have blocked the number but they call from various different 602 area code numbers, I have requested to be taken off the calling list 3 times for 3 different 602 area code numbers, this place is becoming very annoying... I dont know what to do next!

It's a scam.  They are attempting to scare you in paying them for magazines you never subscribed to.

This number keeps calling and doesn't leave any messages. I don't want to pick up because I don't know who it is. They've tried calling at least 5 times just today.

Never had a call from them before. I answered because I'm waiting for a phonecall and unsure of the number I'm waiting on. But the woman on the phone said she was "With my magazine company" and wasn't collecting any money. She said they have been getting complaints from customers saying they aren't getting their magazines on time or in bad condition. So I told her I don't receive any magazines and she listed like 5 magazines that I never in my life have subscribed to and I told her this and she said I had an open account and listed off my old address. I told her I never had these subscriptions so she then asked for my current address and I told her no. She quickly gave me some number to call to take me off their list instead of doing it herself. I hung up.

They called back again so I picket up no one talked so I called back the information is for a magazine subscription update I don't do magazine subsripitons
