You seem to have your panties in a bunch.  I believe you have an interest in Adobe Carpet.  What you don't understand is how much your company is disliked for continuing to call when asked to stop.  You know perfectly well Adobe Carpet does not care if someone is on do-not-call list.  I suggest everyone google Adobe Carpet to find out what scum bags they really are.

Ted, your information regarding the BBB is incorrect.  You shouldn't be spreading allegations that aren't true.  Check the facts before misinforming the reader.  You sound like either a competitor or a disgruntled employee.  Or maybe you're just  someone with a lot of time on their hands.  The complaints you speak of are regarding the do not call list.  Several of them are from the same person posing as another.  To what end, I do not know.   However, this twenty year old company, like a lot of other companies trying to manage the do not call reg.  Are finding the system is not perfect and there are a lot of challenges in the details.  Rest assured,  Adobe is doing everything humanly possible to comply, not only with the DNC Reg, but with all regulations and laws governing their operation.  Having said that, let me just say that anyone with a legitimate complaint or comment can notify the company directly.  And it will be handled immediately without delay.   -Susan

Telemarketer
Carpet cleaning operation that makes cold calls to market their services in total violation of the Federal Do Not Call List. The Phoenix BBB website lists 17 complaints against this company- the majority of submissions cite dissatisfaction with their service.

I called and asked to have my name and number removed and Adobe Carpet still calls.  I made an appointment but told the Rep I never called when he arrived. :-)  I had to waste their time and money after all their repeated calls.  I hear some people use SpoofCard and you can spoof the number you are calling from. It would be funny to make several appointments with them and send their fleet of trucks and carpet cleaners all over town wasting their gas and having no work to do.
