Answered the call at 7:58 am in Ca. The caller hung up. Looked up the number and noticed it was from Phoenix, AZ. I don't know anyone from there.

When I picked up - it was a woman clearly sitting in a call center (you could hear all the people around her). She didn't ask for anyone and *immediately* told me she had the wrong number and apologized. Google searches show this number has done the same thing ("sorry wrong number" to others). Wonder if they are just gathering a list of valid numbers.
Added them to my blocked list.

Called and asked for my son. Told them he wasn't here and they hung up really fast. Wonder what kind of scam this was.

Caller said they were "Portable Insights" and asked for my son. Would not tell me what they wanted.

Called in the evening and left no message. Says "Local call", but it's not, it's from another state.

This number has been calling me every day and never leaves a message.
