Yeah, this guy went into too much syrupy detail like a commercial for this to be a valid comment"oh it fits my busy schedule, I wouldn't go anywhere else"...ha ha...this is a fake post by one of their company employees.

Amazing,  Knowledgemnet continues to call me so I ignore their number on my caller id.  I spoke with them the first few times and indicated that I had zero interest in their offerings.  I tried to be polite but to no avail.  They started to pressure me to sign up and fought over why I did not want to use their online services.  They talked down to me saying things like "can't understand why you would spend money going somewhere for training" and "well i guess you must have lots of money for travel" and "don't you care about your fiscal responsbility to your company" and other such nonsense.  Arrogant boiler room with dialing for dollars mentality.  I gues it must work or they would stop.  Call a million folks and someone will sign up.  But not me.  If they call, my advice is "run away".

Knowledgenet called us at 8:50 on Friday morning, March 15, 2013. Regardless of other's experience (it could be fake) with Knowledgenet, they are cold calling a residence with a telephone number that is on both the Federal do not call list and the Pennsylvania do not call list. We did not talk to them because their call was blocked by our Digitone call blocker.

I have received several unwanted calls from this company.  They are constantly calling my home all ours of the day and night.  I have asked that they take me off there list, then someone else will call again. Advise the person that they were calling for does not want there unwanted phone calls and that the number they are calling belongs to someone else.

Work in a Technology Department and got a call, but no message left, just could hear call center background noise.  Googled the number and found out who they are from this forum. January 2013 and I have noticed a marked increase in both spam mail and calls from vendors. Understand everyone is trying to make a living.  Working in a call center sucks.  But, what this company needs to understand is that we are a Tech Department, and you know, our employees ALREADY have those skills or they wouldn't be working here. We'll see what happens if I ever talk to them.

I've been getting calls from this number for several weeks, several times a week and sometimes more than once a day.  It's getting VERY annoying!!!  I never answer and they never leave a message.  I'm not sure who  they are, but like others on this forum, I'm in IT and get inundated with cold calls from companies offering training (along with an assortment of other services and products I don't want or need).

These people at KnowledgeNet are idiots.  I've told them 3x now that me nor anyone I know wants any IT training but they keep calling.  ---  Ever lower than low, they (idiots within or associated w/ KnowledgeNet) have the balls to post on this forum that they are reputable.  Complete joke.

Another IT guy who gets periodic calls from 602-797-2700. As I do with all unknown caller ID's, I assume they are trying to sell me something and don't answer. They never leave a message.

Very scary. Only three people (all close friends or family) and my employer (federal government agency), have my new cell phone number (had number for only two months). Plus of course my cell phone provider. Yet these guys called me on that number and said they knew I was an IT engineer and asked if I was interested in training very specific to what my field was. I haven't worked in anything remotely related to IT in six years. If you google my name, there is no IT connection. So how did they get my new number? And know exactly what I used to specialize in? Something very suspicious about all this.

I have my own IT and IT consulting business at home.  This number called me once yesterday when I was busy on another call.  CallerID was forged 000-000-0000.  I quickly said "not interested" and hung up.  Same number immediately called back while I was still busy, so I picked up and hung up.  Then the phone rang again with a callerID of 602-797-2777 and "Knowledgenet" with the same person demanding that I "act professional".  Unbelievable.  a minute later, my home phone rings with "Private" callerID, but I do not pick up and they leave no message.  That might have been someone else, but they did know my name and it is listed.  How is this not harassment?

I would never, ever use a company that behaves this way, or recommend to a client that they do.  THIS is "unprofessional".

This forum is full of employees of this company posting BS about how good they are.  They wouldn't be here if they didn't TELEPHONE SPAM their customers.  Any company that adopts that tactic is a low-life scum sucking bottom feeder.

You are NOT dismissed.  You come to this forum and post DEFENDING information against what you know to be immoral, unprofessional and unethical behavior, and you expect us to accept your apology?  You are two faced.  Taking money from the devil was YOUR mistake.  We're just trying to defend ourselves from your ex-employers unethical practices.  Sorry, but that paints you with the same brush.  You get no sympathy here.

Idiot.  Do Not Call list has no relevance for businesses.  They get away with the call by saying "they are doing business with you" even though they are not.  You people place way too much faith in govt to bail you out.  Get a spine and deal with this yourself.  The only way to get them to stop calling is to keep them on the line as long as humanly possible, so that they have to spend a HUGE amount of money on labor costs to get no income from it.  Tell them that you could be interested if they spend the next 20 minutes explaining the offering.  And then keep them going and going and going.  Eventually they just spent $15 an hour on labor to get nowhere.  You do that enough, and they go broke.

Your welcome.

We're an IT Company too. They keep changing their caller ID information too. I  have one number that calls so many times, once it was 602-797-2700 "knowledgement", then the next time they called it was 602-797-2700 "training consor".

They called here pushing Microsoft and Cisco training.   After talking to them, I found I had ripped abs, could last longer with my wife, and my ancient F150 was getting amazing gas mileage!  Or maybe I'm not as good as writing a credible fake review as some of the other posters.  Anyway, they called here trying to sell their stuff.  Do some Google searches for reviews.

These guys call me constantly, and like everyone else, never leave a message. I never answer, and have instructed out SIP truck provider to send their calls directly to a "not in service" message.

I love how a bunch of the messages on here try to talk the company up, as though they're regular people and not working for the company. It makes me laugh. Does anyone buy that kind of obviously fake nonsense?

The company is the Training Consortium out of the PHX/Scottsdale area. From what i originally researched they do Live Online Instructor Led Cisco and Microsoft technical classes via the web. After calling them back, i talked with them and they seemed very nice and actually had a good fit for my CCNP interests. I have been with them for three year's now and would not train elsewhere at any cost. It fits my busy schedule and gives me alot of flexibility. I get access to forty classes for a year and I can take what i want/need. Not sure exactly how they get their contacts but i am glad they called me. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality solutions.
