I keep getting calls from 603-214-3674. I pushed 0 and got a person , who I told to take my name and number off their list. He hung up immediately. This Scam is getting really bad when you have an unlisted phone number...ya know?
This is suppose to be from a credit card company....don't give out ANY information !!!

Around 9:40am on Wednesday, I received a call from this number. I'm in Toronto, Canada. My mother answered and she said they asked about her credit card?

These pple need to stop using up my daytime minutes.  Every time I ask them to take me off their 'list', they say okay then call me from another number, or laugh as they hang up like "yeas you know we're calling you next week".  I hate this... Just leave me alone.
I dont even have a car, how would I need to 'renew' insurance?

now i already committed myself to this program Dec 8, 2008.  I gaave my acct information and I am waiting for the visa card to be used with this $8,000 credit.  I hope I am not being used and entered into a deceiving company.

I keep getting calls from this number.  When the answering machine goes off, they hang up.  I am self-employed and the number they're calling me on is my business line inside my home.  The person above who said that the Do Not Call registry includes every number, apparently, is incorrect.  It is on the Do Not Call registry website and it says business lines are exempt.  I have even called my state senator's office, Saxby Chambliss, and their office told me that business phone numbers are exempt from the Do Not Call List.  I have a big gripe about that -- if I choose not to have solicitations, then I should be able to add ANY number to the do not call list, business or residential.  If I want a credit card for my business, lord knows I'm sent hundreds of applications for credit cards in the mail.  I think I'm capable of choosing one or pursuing it without having these slime balls calling me.  I think a lot of times these things are scams trying to elicit personal information, which could ultimately lead to identity theft.

Also, why are business lines exempt?  I asked my senator's assistant and he really couldn't give me any reason that even begin to make sense.  I feel that these creeps that call are totally invading my privacy.  Please contact your legislators and complain that business numbers should be included on the Do Not Call registry.  I raised hell with my senator's office about it and said the issue should be addressed.  We can only change it if we contact the politicians whose pockets are being padded by these businesses and lobbyists.  Please start complaining to the politicians, folks!

Received a recorded call from what was said to be NSBA credit card saying I was pre-approved for something I did not sign up for.

I did a search in the yellowpages and found that this phone number is from a personal phone not a business phone.

Five minutes ago, received calls from this number on both of my home lines.  Did not answer, they left no message.  ID says Errol NH

Calls and calls and does not leave a message.  I am on the donotcall list but like so many govt agencies i do not see any recourse to get these idiots to stop calling me.

I KNOW there are programmers out there who can do this without getting caught. They're writing SPAM right NOW!!! If that works I'd like to see one that will send 20 gazillion emails to AARP! See how they like it!
Just call me "sick of all forms of SPAM"! Maybe we need to send our "wonderful" Congress an email every hour or so to get them to rewrite the Do-Not-Call law with some TEETH in it. The current version was written deliberately with holes so big you can drive a Semi through. Those trucks are haulin' cash to those very same Congress men and women.

I HAVE BEEN CALLED OVER 15 TIMES BY THIS "JOHN" FROM NSBA OFFERRING MY BUSINESS 8K IN CREDIT...I ALSO HAVE BEEN LISTED WITH THE DNC REGISTRY FOR OVER A YEAR AND THEY KEEP CALLING MY BUSINESS LINE.  JUST CALLED THE FREEDOM RING FOLKS AND THE VERY KIND LADY SAID SHE WOULD E-MAIL THEM TO STOP CALLING.  SHOULD TAKE 24 HOURS AT BEST...WHAT A GREAT OPPORTUNITY, THANKS TO WHOMEVER GET THIS INFO IN THE FIRST PLACE OUT TO THE PUBLIC

It's amazing that websites like this can track down the bad guys and disturbing that the FCC made it nearly impossible to report this type of abuse AND they wanted to charge me to file a complaint!

Why doesn't the FCC just read the articles on this website and go after the evildoers? Or better yet, copy this website interface so people can band together in our complaints against these harassing callers! I sure hope the next president fires who ever is in charge over there and puts in someone who knows how to use the internet and who cares about ease of complaint filing.

These people are slick. Got taken off their list from 408-834-8059.  They started calling again about a month and a half later from 603-214-3647. So they take you off their list then change number, what do you know your on the new list

Another junk call. I run a local business and publish my cell number in advertising, but don't answer out-of-area calls. These jerks didn't leave a message.

This company calls every other day since Aug 26th 2008. I continue to ask them to stop calling. They naturally appear to oblige but low and behold they call again. It's well over 30 days since my first request and they still call. I did a little research and this is what I got.

He refused saying that he could read it to me but not anything else. He stated he had every right to call my business number since it was a "business to business" phone call. This is where he was wrong. He also stated they do not use the do not call list since that's for consumers and not business calls. Well, I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and Mr. John is incorrect. The Do Not Call List is for numbers, period. It doesn't matter if it's a business number or a private number. If it's on there they aren't supposed to call. AND, by law they are supposed to provide you with a copy of their do not call policy if you ask. There are only 4 exemptions to abide by the do not call law and this company doesn't fall into any of them although they would like you to think that they are. To boot, John told me that I had an attitude. LOL I wonder why????

Each violation the FTC finds can get them fined $11,000 per incident. So, I filed a complaint with the FTC and they advised me to contact my local Consumer Protection Agency too. That's exactly what I did. That rep informed me that this company is trying to get you an $8000 line of credit i.e. credit card and you have only a certain period of time to use it. You can ONLY use it with two vendors which happen to be controlled by them. If that's not a scam then I don't know what is.

If the calls persist the local agency will take action and I will file a lawsuit as well.

I have received about 4 - 6 calls a day since the beginning of Sept. from these people on a daily bases. When I do answer it say's hold the line as we are extremely busy and I hold forever waiting for some one to come on the line.  I want the calls to stop!
