Ah, but then they just call from a different number. I have a list of 15 different numbers so far. It's getting very frustrating.

CLID shows "telephone manag" whatever that is supposed to mean. 3:30 pm.
We have a simple rule, we don't answer the phone unless we recognize the CLID/number AND we actually want to talk to that person. Otherwise they can leave a message, but 99% never do.
We don't get angry, we just don't answer the phone.

Called me many times during the day a couple months ago. Finally called again today twice. Answer and man says it about home protection for your area..... Scam.

Has called 5x in the last two days on my cell phone.

I have also been getting calls from this number at least twice a day.  Prior to this number, I received them from 503.468.5227.  On the Droid Incredible, I just add the callers number to my contacts and label it as DO NOT ANSWER.  There is then an option for each phone contact to send directly to voice mail so my phone never rings.  While that doesn't stop the calls from taking place, it does prevent my phone from ringing and they will NEVER reach a live person.  :)

I get lots of call from them, I usually don't pick up.  
When I do they don't respond.

They called me 4 times in 3 days. A recorded message about home security I think. I hung up. Unable to call to call them back.

Home Security Equipment and Installation company using robo calling to market Home Security systems and service. They call from multiple numbers. 207-493-2694, 978-570-2446, 603-214-3653,240-699-8913, 480-359-4325. If you stay on line they call back with a human and try to sell you a "free" $850 system with install if you allow them to place a sign in your yard. There is nothing in life that you should want that is called "free".  That can't exist. This is a nuisance and we should all be considering a class harrassment suit and go to BBB to get them shut down and fined. Any thoughts on how to go about that? If you want to identify them on your caller ID function, enter their number in contacts as Zsales, and each number after as ZZsales, ZZZsales, ZZZZsales etc so when they call you can ignore and cancel the call before you pick up. Until the BBB or FCC get them it will  limit their impact on you. If they are calling at odd times such as the middle of the night they may be considered criminals. I'd like to find out which Home Security company they represent and go after that corporation specifically.

I have received 4 calls from these jerks today. Selling Home Protection. They hang up when you ask for a supervisor.

I have gottn three calls from this number - they're trying to sell me a home security system - maybe fishing to see if we have one??  Annoying!

I got a call on my cell phone this morning but didn't answer it. This afternoon I got another call, answered it and a live human being asked me how I'm doing. I told him this was a private phone and he hung up.

Received a call from this number, picked up and nothing...
When calling back, you get a message saying "the number has been disconnected."

Received several calls from this number, but I just do not answer calls usually unless I recognize the number. If they don't leave a message, then it must not be really important.

I received the same exact call today. When I told him I already had a security system, he asked if it was a monthly monitored one. When I told him "yes" he thanked me and hung up. Must have realized since he has spoken to you that people won't switch from one security system to another at the drop of a hat and changed his sales pitch a little.

I received a call from them just now and it was regarding installing a home security system in my home for free as long as I let them advertise on my lawn with a sign. I told them I already have a home security system. He asked me if it was a monthly monitored system and I said "yes". At that point he thanked me and hung up. Maybe they are trolling for unportected homes in certain areas.

Called twice yesterday - did not leave message.  Also, see that it is a landline registered in New Hampshire.

Received 3 calls today from this number.  I do not know anyone with this phone number.    I don't answer they hang up without leaving a message.  Very annoying.   Wish they would be fined.

These idiots call several times a day and leave no message.  I won't answer them, but it is getting really old to keep getting these calls throughout the day while I'm trying to work.

also when I call back to do what others say to press 1 for the DNC - I get a busy signal every time.

I've made a complaint to the do not call registry twice now on this number and one just like it. They will not stop calling me. The first 2 I answered and said do not call me, but it's a recording. I haven't picked up since because I recognize the number now.

This number calls me everyday!!!  I want it to stop.  During the month of august they called 60 times.

This number has been calling my do-not-call-registered cell phone for the last few days.  Never answered and they never left a message either.  Based upon several entries here, I called back, got a recording that said press "1 to be placed on their do not call list" and did so.  We'll see if they comply.

This is a company that sells GE Home Security systems.  Calling with a promo offer --- Free $850 system installation -- simply for putting an ad sign on your front lawn.  This is 3rd call today and probably the 8th or 9th in recent months.  Have asked to be removed from their dialing list but to no avail.

I never answer as I am hearing impaired.  Caller ID shows this number calls several times a day, for the past week or so

If you call them back, they give you an option to remove yourself from their promotion list (by pressing 1).
