they call me every single day and they left me a saying they wanted me t take a survey. i deleted the message and ignored it but they're still calling. i don't know what to say to them to get them to stop calling me its so annoying.

All of these posts are old and I just received my first call today at 5:15... I love dealing with these people, I look forward to the next call!

I had an experience similar to "ckb" at 8:44 p.m.  This was their 3rd call in 5 days (I was too busy the first 2 times they called.).  Funny, they go after your participation so aggressively...until they find you do not "fit" their target population...based on responses to whether this is a cell or landline; own/ do not own residence; percentage of received calls on cell phone vs. land line.  That's right, I did not qualify to take their survey.  (Silly me, I thought I was going to carry out my civic duty and give up 20 minutes of my time for the powers that be to study the health and welfare of our citizenry!)  Even more curious, the first time they called, I asked why they were calling a cell and and the interviewer said that the cell numbers were randomly selected.  Evidently, this survey is not as random as the CDC and NH State Dept.of Health would like us to believe.  Seems to me, they are looking for results from a select socioeconomic group.  Dare I think that this is a precursor to justify the next social program to be jammed down our throats?  At the very least, I agree with others on this.  The state of NH should not be conducting surveys in this manner.  It is invasive.

I guess the upside for me is they will not be calling and bothering me again!

they woke me at 11:00 pm. 12-10 am and 12:45 am and I get up a 3 am. No one is on the line. This is BS.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone.  I asked her how she got this number and she said "a listing"...  I interrupted  her and said "this number is blocked and on the "Do Not Call List", you have no right to call it."  She said "fine, but don't you care"... I interrupted her again and told her to remove me from the call list.  She said "yes" and tried to do her sales pitch again.  This went on 4 or 5 times.  I kept saying, "I'm all set, take me off your call list.  

What right does the State offices have calling "Do Not Call List", blocked numbers, or any number, when it has nothing to do with State business and/or the individual directly.  

This employee is accessing information she has no right to be accessing!

Got a call, didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. A whitepages search showed it as a land line in Concord, NH.

A woman called me from here today. I told her I didn't want to take the survey, and she said she'd call later. I told her no, don't do that.

She then started talking over me, and arguing, and frankly sort of berating me, and finally said "Sir! We are not asking you for a thousand dollars! It's a short survey! We help people, and you should do this survey!"

Me: I'm a tax paying citizen and I'm at work, and I don't want to.

Her: We are the State of New Hampshire!

Me: So? I pay my taxes and am a free citizen. I can't believe you are seriously acting this way. One second, I need to start recording this. *I press record*

Her: You don't have my permission to record this.

Me: Then you better hang up.

Her: You're not worth losing my job over. Have a nice day. *click*

My daughter just got a call from this number on her cell phone. I looked it up and found this site.

It is outrageous that the state(??!!) is  harassing people like this.

They keep calling me even though I told them that I was not interested in taken the survey.

They have been calling me every night at strange times. I answered twice and told them I'm not interested in their survey. I was going to take the survey at 1st but they asked for my home address and personal info I was not comfortable giving. They say they are the NH health dept. Well if they are they should be mailing out the survey to every resident (for accuracy)or at least calling at reasonable hours. Seems really sketchy to me. Also I have told them twice I am not interested and they keep calling.

I've received calls from these people repeatedly over the last several days, at the rate of one per day. They have called at different times, with the latest being about 8:30PM. Most are mid-afternoon. The problem is that I work 3rd shift, so I sleep during the daytime....when these people are calling. They can be sure that I will NOT participate in their "survey"... if that is what they are really trying to do.

They just left a message.  They are the State of NH Racing and Gaming Commission.  Looking for someone I don't know.

Got the same call moments ago on my cell.  I do not even live in NH and if they continue, they'll get an earful.

Got a call on my cell phone last week from this number while I was at work.  It was someone reportedly from the State Dept of Health with a survey.  When I told the woman I wasn't interested in the survey, she told me that if I hung up they would continue to call me.  When I asked to be removed from their list, I was told they were not soliciting so being on the no call list doesn't apply for them.  When I said "this is my cell phone number and I don't appreciate getting this type of call on my cell phone, the response was that they are intentionally calling my cell phone in order to reach me.  I finally told her I was at work and couldn't continue the call.  The number has called my phone once a day, each day since.

We received a call this morning on our cell phone. My husband works nights and he didn't appreciate them calling because they woke him up. We're on the DNC list for all our phones (cell and landline).  We don't give out our cell phone number to anyone so I don't know how they got it. It's wrong for them to be calling people like that, especially if they are a state agency.

Just got a call from this number, too my cell phone. Thought that wasn't allowed? No idea how they got it since I don't give the number out, esp to a government agency.

This is an automated survey asking why people are dying in heart attacks and car accidents. Behavioral risk something something. BRSS

I finally answered the call from this number and it was determined that since my daughter was away from school (they wanted to talk to the next to the oldest person in the household) and would not be back for months, they could not use us. Since then, they have called daily. Today I finally answered and when I said hello, they hung up. Very aggravated with this.

Just got a call from this number. Apparently it's the New Hampshire Center for Disease Control. They wanted me to take a survey.

I cannot believe that this agency would be calling a cell phone number...What privacy we have today!!!
