They wanted me to confirm the last digits of my ssn and bank but i didn't give no information . That is when they hang up in my face

Okay, I've done some digging on this "outfit", here is what I have found thus far

1.  The NH number is spoofed.  There is a car dealership in NH named Bonneville & Son
2.  The numbers posted in this thread (e.g., 678 area code) lead to the Atlanta Georgia area, a hot bed of recent illegal and illegitimate collections activity (e.g., Universal Mediation).  The types of complaints, language used, and demographics of callers are consistent with the illegal Atl. boiler rooms

Is there any chance any consumer has been given a physical address and/or website for payments by these callers?  If so, I can do some more digging

My suspicion is that they are a group of African-American  white collar criminals.  Its almost impossible to find their physical location or who exactly they work for.  Could be a family operation, too.

Hey everyone, the black collector woman uses big words to try and scare you.  Mandatory arbitration is a ridiculous phrase.  If I were to be a defendant which the woman is trying to make me, I would be significantly more afraid of a jury trial than mandatory arbitration.  They are opposites.  "National Attorney Network"?  No such thing.  Attorneys cannot be a national network.  They must be licensed individually in each state which they want to practice.  This crazy fraudster woman is a criminal and should be ignored.  I repeat, DO NOT give her ANY money.  If you have already done so, contact your bank and try to get it back.  If you provided her any financial information, cancel it right away and change it.  Good luck.

These people are dum as a rock if u r going to be served they will not let u know they will come with the police and they try to catch u at home if u knew they were coming u would not answer your door. Did any of you guys get a payday loan from a company based upon an indian reservation???  I think that may be where they got the phone numbers from in the first place.

I received a call from this #603-296-2314 stating i will be summoned on my job or home for fradulent activity .

Harassing phone call stating I will be getting two summons.

Ms. Morris called me today with the same type of dialogue. She stated she was calling form the Department of Arbitration, going to garnish my pay, etc... Then provided the number (678) 609 - 4865. Additionally, she stated that I should have my local police department to call her and she will process my paperwork.

These people have been calling my cell almost non-stop since about November for my husband.  They use different numbers every couple of months, but the message is always the same:  You are going to be arrested, you are being charged with fraud, you have a summons, blah, blah, snore...
They are scammers, don't talk to them, or send them money.  If you are being investigated, the police or another proper authority will notify you on paper, not via threatening messages.

I have received messages from them, called them.  I asked for infomration from them and they said i was being uncooperative.  they told me that i would be detained by the sherrif's department if i didn't give them information and i didn't.  they wouldn't give me an address-they told me their name was 'allen and associates' and I am pretty sure I talked to the same guy two times and both times he gave me a different name.

For the last 2 months I have received an average of 3 phone calls a week from this number with the last one yesterday at 3:00 PM CST. All the calls have gone to voice mail as we are allowed no calls at work. The prior calls were from a woman and all similiar to calls above and very unprofessional. However this last call sounded professional. The caller was a man stating I was named in a civil action and would be served at my place of employment. Failure to respond etc  I called back the first time and was put on hold for 3 or 4 minutes before I hung up.

I think it is a scam to but how did they get my name and cell phone number? I have a prtepaid cell phone and used my middle name to purchase and set up  account. The name they use in the phone call is my full name and how it reads on my social securiity card, I have never used my full name to apply for credit anywhere.

Called and said I was going to be served a summons at my residence or my place of employment to be sued....for what...I don't know.

Do not return calls to people like this, they are operating illegally and just want to scame you.

Do not bother with reporting to the Federal Trade Commission, or the Consumer Protection Agency because they will do NOTHING. They have no desire to do anything to protect consumers, they are FEDERAL agencies and all they want is benefits and paychecks, they do NOT serve the people anymore.

I keep getting calls from this number and they leave a message saying there is a judgement against me and they will have papers served to me at my job or my home to go to court.,They are'nt even using my last name! They are irritating.

I got a phone call today around 2 o'clock pm telling me that there would be a warrant issued for my arrest for fraudulent behavior in my county I talked to my daughter who told me it was a scam.When the number came up it said New Hampshire on it and that's all I've got news to all don't do whatever they says do.

Same here lady states that shes taking me to court called back total fraud! Stop scamming people and leave us at peace! I have not commited any crimes therefore I know I do not owe these people anything or owe them loans for that matter especially OUT OF THE STATE where I reside!!!!

Called and stated I was going to be sued and summoned to court... threatening and harassing even after advising them they have the wrong number! Horrible scammers!

I gentleman how identified himself as the legal department of the Department of Treasury.  It started as a collection type call with the automated women's voice saying my name, then a woman voiced over saying that my name and ss# were associated with fraud and that 2 charges were going to be filed against me in my county. She left a case number and return number saying that I needed to call her before summons were issued.

I received a phone call this morning from this number and it was picked up by my answering machine. I googled the number and found this site and realized these people have already got me for $500 about 2 years ago. This scam was about some car loan I got in Florida. I said well seeing as I have NEVER been to Florida and have never bought a car with a loan they had the wrong person. The scam two years ago regarded a payday loan I got when I was 19. They called and said I was gonna go to jail blah blah blah. So I paid the $500 then called the payday loan company and they explained to me that these people use their company to scam people out of hundreds of dollars. I have since paid off said payday loan with the actual company.  These people need to get lives and get a job and stop scamming people out of the money people work hard for. Im a single mother and that money they scammed me out of cost me my apartment. There has got to be something we can do regarding these people. The first one that got me I did forward all of their information to the FBI per the loan companys request. These people make me sick. Stop being scum and get a job.

Received the exactly same type of call today for my fiancee he gets these scam calls all of the time,the number is 603-296-2314 , after they called and plugged up my land line for a good ten minute long crap story I immediately called them back told them I knew in my gut they were liars no good thieves and that scammers always get theirs! I also told the old woman that answered I was promptly reporting them to the FTC. She quickly slammed the phone down in my ear. From there I tracked the number myself just as the young lady earlier did to some mask company a dealership in New Hampshire. I am considering calling that dealership and alerting them to the fact their reputation is being smeared all over the place by these useless wastes and perhaps the dealership can sue them. Ya think?well we can hope . Otherwise no worries they arent getting anything from us just as I hope they never get anything from anyone ever. same thing happened to me this week....it's been three calls and a threat on the third call before the 'court' would issue a summons to appear.....then they say they want to confirm your address and place of work......so they don't know i'm disabled and do not work?  it sure is a scam!.......but if at all true, i might as well wait for that court order as by law they have to tell you what it is for....then you would know whether that is yours or not....be blessed and not fooled!
