Keep calling but no message...a phantom caller?.

Someone calling about software development and IT services.  I sense outsourcing spam, but may be legit.  He asked for our CEO, who wasn't in the office at the time.  (-Bummer-)

Just got a call from this number at work.  Ian S' comment is right on.  It was an Indian guy and he was asking to speak with our IT manager.  It's amazing that companies can even exists considering the resources they pump into cold-calling and the minimal return they receive for that effort.

This is Ivesia Solutions, a tech company, their US office in in New Hampshire and they have a center in India as well.

BS...  Company looking for outsource work.  If you have a tech company, they want you to farm work to them.

I did not answer the call, but I am glad there is a place to report this kind of calls, this is an unrequested call.

I received the same call. I didn't hear any talking, but there was someone on the other end breathing, but wouldn't speak.  Then they hung up.

This person calls.. you hear someone talking in the background and they just hang up.
