Just received call. Didn't answer and they left no msg. It's out of Regins SK Canada, although most likely just spoofed to look that way. Tried calling bthem back got recording saying number was no longer in service. Really? In 20 seconds it went out of service?  Get a real job.

I received a call from this number and it showed up as BAYRING COMM and when I called it back I get, "the number you have called is not a working number," and "your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try your call again". What's going on? How can I stop this?

Call from 603-766-9999 was a recorded message. I'm pretty sure it was GE Capital Retail Bank. I didn't hear the first part of the message (who it was) but a week ago I'd written JC Penney Credit Services w/a courtesy copy to GE Capital Retail Bank (who handles JC Penney credit cards), and this call was a RECORDED MESSAGE SAYING THEY ARE WORKING ON MY INQUIRY AND SHOULD HAVE AN ANSWER WITHIN 14 DAYS. When I called the number back (twice) to verify whether it was JC Penney or GE Capital, I got the recording "This number has been disconnected or is no longer in service." I suspect it was GE Capital, as JC Penney (local address) has already contacted me about my letter.

A 58 sec message was left on my voice mail.  It said - This call is regarding your Dillard's American Express card held by GE Cap Retail Bank.  This card must be activated in order to be used and will replace your existing card.  Call 866-834-6297 to activate your card.  If you have not received your card or if you feel you have received this call in error please call immediately to 866-834-6294, the customer service number on the back of your card.

I DO NOT AND HAVE NEVER SHOPPED DILLARDS NOR DO I HAVE OR EVER HAVE HAD A DILLARD'S AMEX CARD.

It's a telecommunications company based in New Hampshire.  Just this morning I received 3 calls in exactly 45 minutes.

This number came up for me as Stream Energy. I just switched from Green Mountain. It is a good number for Stream to let me know that they switched me.

You people do realize that it's not BayRing Communications calling you right???  From what I understand, BayRing is just the telephone company, like AT&T, Comcast, Verizon etc etc etc.  If you are going to blame and complain about anyone it should be about the people actually making the calls.

Just throwing that out there.  Do with it what you want.

thank God for Caller ID. I have no friends or relatives named Bayring Comm, so I just let the phone ring. The morons call 2-3 times a day. Pendejos.

I have reported NCO to the Atty General of PA and they responded stating they do not violate the Collection Laws  and I lack documentation.   They are liars as they use these other numbers so this will go back to the Attorney General of PA!!!!

I did a gopgle search for this number and came up with some bar in new hampshire called Ciento Tapas. Some collection agency must be using this bar's phone to annoy the snot out of people!  I dont even have a Penney's card!

They are not debt collectors but a fraudulent debt collector has access to their number.  It comes up on caller ID as Bayring Comm but it is not them!

DO not answer or call this number; Calling all the time. Do not owe anything or want anything.

This number will call my phone in the late evening, around 8:30pm and through until around 11:30pm, also early morning, around 5am through 8:00am. But never during the actual day. I tried to call the number back when I was fed up, but will not connect you, I get an operator message.

Receiving unknown caller calls is already upsetting enough, but to call the number back and not have the call go through pisses me off. I don't know who this is and don't know anyone in New Hampshire.
