Have received a call from them around the same time every day for the last week. I pressed 2 to be removed from their list and got a call the next day. That time I pressed 1 to speak with an agent. when I told her that I tried to get off the list she said it was a database problem and there was nothing they could do about it. Then she hung up on me. I tried speaking to an agent again today and was hung up on as soon as I told him I tried getting off the list.

second round 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
This is the second round of calls; same name (Chris Kemper, debt consolidation); different phone number for them.
This time a guy who went by "Dante" took the call and when I indicated that I had received probably a dozen msgs and calls from them in the past and was on the no call list/filing a complaint, he responded by saying they were located in BC and what was I going to do about that, "brainiac".
Then, he hung up on me.
Nice...................

Dennis 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
I received an unwanted, unsolicited, pre-recorded call from 604-621-9731 purporting to be debt reduction service. This was on my cell phone and I am going to have to pay for this? I am not pleased.

gee...i wonder what dan is doing on this website in the first place if he is complaining about everyone whining on here and that "nobody cares that these numbers are calling you"?
hmmmm...seems a bit contradictory there, dan. LOL LOL LOL
Tonya 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
These calls need to stop!!!!
seamus square 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
Keep getting calls from these people...pissing me off. Trying everything to end this. I am on a do not call list...but that seems to be BS these days.
carolyn 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
The caller ID states British CO call. I do not answer and they just keep calling.
Dori 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
Got a call from them last night. I am registered on the do not call registry. So I reported it to them. Hope they crack down on this
Naperville 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
OK...a couple of things.
1)If they're using an automatic dialer (which I'm guessing they are), then they don't really know your number. The computer just starts at (for example: 630-000-0000 and goes to 630-999-9999). If you respond, then they have a "live" one.
2) They could be "stealing" the phone number that shows up on caller ID. That's not their number and they are probably in the US or India. But, with technology, they can take a number and have it show up on your caller ID. Many zombie debt collection companies do this.
3) Send letters to your state attorney general; your senators and your congress person; make copies for the BBB and FCC and why not send this info to news agencies. It might be an interesting story and would bring more attention to the problem.
4) Zombie debt collectors buy phone numbers of old debtors for pennies on the dollar. Wouldn't surprize me that they then, in turn, resell these numbers to other questionable people and companies. Nasty. And, with the economy getting worse, we're going to have more of these calls.

Got this call too. Just enter '2' to get off list. Probably a computer generated number that changes all the time so this company can fly under the FCC's radar.
Hey, Dan from Nov 24, 2008. You're F-ing clueless. My number isn't out on the Internet because I put it there. Phone companies put it there. An unlisted number is expensive, and it would probably be out there too. YOUR number is probably out there in thousands of web pages, both fixed and generated. Put YOUR number in there and see if you're out there. I hope you get calls at 3am every f-ing day of your life from people who want to reduce your debt....
Betty 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
Call came in asking me to consolidate my bills.
j 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
yeah, i heard it as "Legal Debt Assistance". Pressing '2' to be removed does nothing. The 3rd time I decided to press '1'. When i asked to be removed they hung up. And of course, the number is "disconnected" so they must be spoofing the caller ID. Rat bastards. They should be HUNG out to dry. If the call again, I will try and string them along to get more info on them :-)
TJ 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
I received a call from this number today . I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. They left a v-msg. that I deleted and did not listen to. This preturbs me because my cell number is on the no call list.
Kristie Nelson 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
I am on a do not call list but I am receiving calls from this company that I do not know anything about.
walter 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown

Jerry 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
This number has been calling anywhere for 2 to 4 times a day. Today the last calls were about 30 minutes apart.
The call has the same computer generated message about debt and tax owed and how their lawyers can help. The message always says press 2 to be removed...HAHAHAHAHA!!!
Kevin Beck 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
I get called from this number 2-3 times a day and its been going on for over 2 weeks...I've pressed 2 to be removed from the calling list then pressed 1 to talk to someone who while I was asking to be removed from the list hung up on me. WTF?

I received a call from this number. it was a recorded message offering help to get rid of debt. they claim they can reduce all debt by up to 70%. The ask you to press one to speak with someone or press 2 to be removed from the calling list.
RM 2011-06-06 20:52:18 Unknown
Got a call/voicemail from them today - registered a complaint with the Do Not Call registry - that's the only way they will know to crack down on these fools!
