This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of  VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

I called the number back and I was told that from participating in an online survey (I never did) I had the choice of three prizes.  Press one to claim your prize, or press three to be removed.  I couldn't select either, and then a voice said "goodbye" and hung up on me.

I hope they call me back :-)
