If she's really Pi$$ed, you'll get a couple of calls back in short succession which you don't answer.

Your local cell phone company gets paid when you answer cell phone, burn your minutes, waste your time with fictional offer and pretend things to do.  You answer, they get paid half what the phone company forcing you buy from them.  PRETTY SWEET DIAL, robo dial and waste your minutes.  BRILLANT!

These people have called me on at least 20 different occasions regarding refinancing my credit cards.  I have requested they quit calling me to which they hang up on me and call me right back.  Very frustrating!

I am an old telco guy. I hooked up an inline tone generator to my phone that puts out a really obnoxious two tone siren sound. when these jerks call I just turn the generator on until they hang up.... everytime without fail.... most quit calling when they get blasted with a 95 decibel tone right in their headset.... bet they can't get them off fast enough....

they keep calling me I get more of these calls than real calls they keep blowing up my phone.  They are like an obsessive jelous girlfriend or ex girlfriend that wants to know where their man is or some s***.

It's impossible to call the "card services" scammers back because they use all spoofed (false) numbers that don't even exist. If you do answer their call and asked to be removed from their calling list you will either be hung up on or be greeted with an obscene comment--remember we are not dealing with a legitimate company --just drug addicts trying to rip us off!

Remove my number 214-535-8628.  Quit making harassing, unwanted calls.  No one speaks when I answer.

Same here, tried to call them back to remove my number geting a recorded message about an invalid number-what a joke they are!

This company calls my home and cell phone continually.
They never answer when I do a Call Back.

The phone number is so shady that when you called back - it said "It is disconnected". The gave me the number of 1-800-847-2911 which is from Visa Card. The last number operator knows about that company deception and scams and is working with the FBI to catch who is calling. SCAM - SCAM - ALERT

As I understand the situation, one way they continue to make money (regardless of the disposition of the phone call) is that your phone company (and you, as well, by paying your phone bill) is forced by law to pay the phone company from which the call originates for the caller ID information provided.   Many of these quasi-telemarketing companies have agreements with, or are the same entity as, the phone company originating the call.    So, regardless of whether or not they make any money from the telemarketing/scamming aspect of the call, they still make money by being paid for the caller ID info provided (to your phone company) -- just a fraction of a cent per call, but millions of calls add up.

It will cost you a couple of dollars to get a "information on cell number" type company. You put in the number you want to know about and they will show you on a map where this number is through the phone tower tracking, like on T. V. cop shows.  It will give you the name and address for the person or company it is held by.  All legal.  I had to do this for Jamacan's who were threatening my 93 year old father if he didn't sell his car and send them the money.  I got all 5 of the phone numbers off his phone bill and turned them over to the fraud squad after recording their threats to come to his house and beat his face in if he didn't load money onto a card from Smith's grocery store and give it to a man after he called them to tell them he had the card ready.

I am getting these calls for credit card interest rate reduction. Asked them to stop ,they hang up. Called back and then it switches to Stop the Violence Campaign. Lol. Called them for 5 minutes. Get the same message and oh,also they say leave your name and number and they will call u back but guess what their mail box is full. ,!!  I am on the do not call list never the less. There should be some other way to stop this  harassment.

It's funny how EVERYTHING now is Obama's fault. If you really follow this trail backwards it leads down the republican side of the aisle with all of the deRegulation they passed. I have had calls from this # as well as 3 others all with different area codes. Annoyed I finally pushed one and asked to have my number removed and was hung up on. I tried to call back and received message that the number was out of service.

Typical robo-call jerks.  If you don't answer, they leave no message.  Their caller ID is forged, so it doesn't help.  I just don't answer calls I don't recognize, since more than half are these kind of things.

I received a call from this number (605-221-2284) today March 16, 2013 and it was for "Credit Card Services"
they call on my cell phone almost daily, have asked them to not call but when I do that they get verbally abusive.
I am on the do not call list which seem to be all but useless.

These people are only a $200 plane ride away, and someday... I will find them.

I too got a call from this number, with the pre-recorded message stating that the call was from Discover Card Services and they were offering a low interest rate card.  When I got a human on the phone, they wanted to know my credit card info.  I asked what company it was and was told that it was "Credit Card Services". I said "Bullsh*t! Your recorded message said you were from Discover Card."  The man then told me to "Go f*** your mother's corpse." We exchanged 'pleasantries' and then he hung up on me.

I am calling Discover Card to report this.

This number needs to be investigated! They cuss at you when you ask them not to call you anymore.

I am going crazy getting daily calls with no one there daily

Same, got a call from 605-221-2284. I asked them to not call me anymore and the guy starts cussing at me! I can't believe they get away with that crap! Got the same call today...same number as last week. Last week I asked a woman to remove me and she said she would..obviously she did not! Was my cell phone.

I keep getting calls from this number.  The first couple of times I was nice and told them I was on the DNC list and to please remove my number from their calling list.  After hung ups from them - the lady told me that she did not call me that I was the one who called her!  Yikes!  I could scream.  There has got to be some recouse for this!  I am going to buy a whistle and blow it in their ear.  What a bunch of losers!

I do not wish to receive calls from this number.  I do not want to lower my credit card.

When I pushed one to speak w/ representative, and she answered, I asked to be taken off her list..  Very brusquely I was told to disregard the call, in other words, I's SOL!  I'm going to look into filing complaints against these people since there isn't anyone policing the folks, for whom I've been placed on a do not call list!
