CALLED MY CELL NO NAME

If you can set ringtone for specific contacts, set this one to "no ring."  That makes it really easy to ignore them. ;-)

@12:57 pm EST got call from 605-263-8862 - caller ID showed it as a name: Irene, SD. nobody was on other side of the line.

I got a call from this number about 1 minute ago.  Nobody answered when I picked up the call.

also got a call from this number on my unlisted cell phone!  No message.  So annoying

I just got a call from them on my cell, called the # back, it told me that all cercuits were busy. I don't even have a credit card

Got this call on my cell as well.  No message, number not in service when I call it back.

I do find it ironic that a website that allows people to report scam phone calls allows scam ads in their posts.  The post by Mr. Apcmaker includes a link to a free reverse look-up - phone.peoplesmart.com -, but when you enter a number there you have to pay to see the results.

Just called my CELL number, it's bad enough when these scumbags hit my landline all day. No idea how they got my cell also. Guess anything is possible with these lowlifes.

Just got a call on my cell phone.  I never give out this number.  When I called back I got the "Not in service" response.

Scam number. Why don't the telephone companies simply disconnect these lines that are used simply to harass and con people?

Got a call from this number today at 7:20am PST.  Did not answer it.
I don't know anyone living in South Dakota, so I didn't answer it or any other calls from area codes I'm not familiar with.

They called I answered she said something about me lowering my interest rate on my credit card! I do not own a credit card! After she said that she just hung up I had no time to inform her of the credit card I do not have called the number back and it is not available oh well lol! :))

this number is a scam.  Im from Texas and I know no onw in South Dakota

Called my phone and I sought this site to see if there was any info on the number... I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and always do a search on the number. As others noted, if it were important, they would leave me a message so now this number is under the contact name "B****EADS" on my phone... in case they call me again! :)

Stupid credit card scammers left a voicemail trying to get my info... hate them all.

No, it is NOT a legitimate call from Sears or any other company. They called my son's cell, and he gave them the information. His bank account was immediately cleaned out using his debit card #. Today they called me. Report them!

Came in on my cell.  I never give my cell number out. This is a scam. Legitimate telemarketers honor the Do Not Call List... Only scammers dial at random like this place does. I just got a call from them. When I did not answer, it quit ringing. No voice mail....:)

It is a credit card debt consolidation company.  I don't recall the company name (to be honest I don't think they ever gave it to me ... I was very rudely hug up on when I tried to ask which of my credit cards they were calling me about as their intro spiel makes it seem like they are referencing a specific account)

Fill out U.S. Department of Justice complaint form at FTC.gov

The company is Citibank. They call if you have a Sears charge or apply for one.

I got a call now.

Got a call on my cell at 1pm.  I never answer calls from numbers I do not recognize, much less fro out of state.
The only thing I can make out of the message they left is Thank You at the end in a real raspy voice.
