I get phone calls from this number on my cell and I do not have any credit cards or owe any money on anything. It is a scam, bunch of crap.

Some advice...I have a First Premier Bank credit card, and if you're one day late on a payment expect phone calls on your home and cell phone everyday until you answer their annoying calls. My credit limit is $300 and I was late on one payment and these people called me every dam day on my home and cell phone until I made the payment. You would think I owed them 1000's of dollars the way they harassed me for one $25 payment....unfreaking believable!
Bottom line, yeah you can use them since they do report to the credit bureaus to build your credit but if you miss a payment be prepared for the phone calls!
