RECEIVED CALL TODAY FROM THIS NUMBER (NOT THE FIRST TIME), THEY ASK FOR ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES BY NAME BUT WHEN I ASK WHO IS CALLING, THEY HANG UP.  HOW RUDE!  IF THEY WANT TO REACH SOMEONE, THEY NEED TO BE NICE.  I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE NUMBER BACK & COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE VOICE MESSAGE BUT DID HEAR IT WAS A LOAN COMPANY OF SOME KIND.  SPOKE TO OPERATOR ON THEIR END & TOLD THEM TO TAKE US OFF THEIR CALL LIST.

Called place of business asking for employee.  Asked what client this was in reference to and was told it was "personal".  Told her this was a place of business and not to call again.  She hung up in my ear.  (Like I really believe she was calling from South Dakota too!)

This caller is from a Pay Day loan company. They claim a loan was taken out and sent to collections, but would like to work out payment options for the loan. They left a voice mail on my work phone, but did not specify who they were calling for. I have, nor have had pay day loans. A lot of information left on a voice mail when they are not sure they have the correct contact. My work is customer service, so a department name is on my voice mail, not my actual name.
