First of all, let me just say how happy I am to have found this website just by 'binging' that horrible (606) 619-9560 number!!! THANK YOU...I thought I was going to lose my mind.  

Thank God I'm not alone and there are a lot of us who would like to see these 'evil' people pay for what they have done and are doing!  

WOW, I have been THEATENINGLY HARRASSED by these people (whoever they are, I REALLY would like to know who and where they are) several times a day, everyday, for weeks now. Messages left are from the same male individual who drones on, threateningly in very broken English, for several minutes.  

Today, I had just had enough and so I forwarded the last two of today's messages.  I watched his face redden and veins popping as he tried to ascertain what that BAS___D  was attempting to verbalize over the phone.  He immediately called that stupid number back and very politely asked to speak to the male individual who keeps calling (Alvin, Melvin??  Ross, Voss) - apparently the idiot who surprisingly answered the phone stupidly implied that she didn't know who my husband was talking about, go figure?

Thus, my bad a**, Harley driving, South LA, Alligator catching, hubby politely let them know that they should lose my number and requested their 'company' information, such as a name or address, even a contact name.

The deaf mute on the other end of the phone had no information whatsoever.  Aparently this person was sitting with a phone somewhere alone outside in the middle of BFE!!!  

After seeing this site and reading other absurd tales of terror and confusion,  I decided to call that F___ING PHONE NUMBER and when some STUPID, MORONIC, BROKEN HALF ASSED, NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING male answered... ALL OF MY ANGER SPEWED OUT OF MY MOUTH LIKE SOME KIND OF HARRASSING AND THREATENING MANIAC...ironic, huh??

Sure felt good!  I'm not going to stop until I find out who these individuals are, where they are and what the F__K they are doing?????

After seeing this website about this number i went ahead and filled a police report and froze my accounts and also set up security alerts on my social security! yea nice try scam artist!

I figured it was a scam after looking at this I called them back about 10 times and yelled SCAM! I also kept calling and said "how do you like it?" They finally leave me alone. After the indian woman called me a crazy lady, oh well. Crazy smart! I've also reported them to kentucky AND Sanfrancisco authorities. different cells numbers. Same people. I also told the first guy that I don't go to their country and try to scam people, why come to mine? HA! I am going to continue to harrass them until I fell good and ready. I am angry and don't scorn a woman - hear  me roar!

They have called me five times in two weeks saying the same thing. I called my bank to see any activity of any sorts.  I have never had a loan in my life so I knew it was a lie. I told them if they call me again I would call the Feds and whip that behind lol :)

I just called their bluff.  they called me yesterday with a bunch of the same stuff, when I called around to check them out, discovered they are scammers.

I called them and was told the attorney was James Gibson.  I told them I was collecting info for the Casey County District Attorney.  Woman handed phone to same guy I talked to yesterday (he has multiply personalities), when I told him same thing. Ummmm I got silence on the phone.

These kind of leeches make me sick.

This man called and left a message on my work saying he felt sorry for me if I did not call him back and I was going to be arrested.  I did call him back and told him I was going to report him to the AG's office he said he did not care he was an attorney.  I told him never to call me at work again he said that was not likely to happen.  Who are these people??

I've been getting calls all month from different numbers but Everytime i answer it's someone with a HEAVY Indian accent! They claim i qualified for a $10,000  loan tho I've NEVER received ANYTHING from these ppl! finally this 609 number calls claiming to be a law firm and saying i would be arrested Monday if i didn't give 115 by Friday in cancellation fees for some loan I've never heard of! smh now that I've seen thus website I'm definitely reporting them!

They left a message on my machine to call them back in regards to some legal matter. They had a Indian accent, you had a hard time understanding.They could hardly speak english. I asked what country they were calling me from? They became very RUDE and asked me because someone doesn't speak english very well that their from a different country!  I replied YES IT DOES!!! They said if I called them again they would send the police to my house to arrest me. I also pretended to be my daughter, calling on behalf of my mother. I have had these people still money from my account. So Monday I am supposed to be arrested on monday. How should I handle this? Every time I have tried to call them the line is busy, and then it sounds like it clicked to a different line. Please let me know, am I in threat of being arrested.?  Would you reply and let me know. That really scared me. Has anyone ever been arrested by these people?Thanks. Pat

I received a call stating department of crime prevention has a law suit against me for a loan from american pay day loan for 300.00 and the authority will pick me up and I will be locked up for 30 days. I never received a loan from that company of documentation.

They call me at my job and left a number with my boss for me to call them i did'nt no who it was so i call them to find out what they wanted an d they said if i don't pay them 195.00 dollars that they are going to send the law to my job to arested me and i will be out of 8 thousand of dollars they say there names are paralrgal shawn william and attorney tom moddy and that i owed american cash would'nt say how much i told them that i did'nt that's when they said i could cancel for 195.00 dollars there number is 606-619-9560

These people called my work and told them that they were going to arrest me! Want me to send money. Don't think so!

They called my Job and my Cell phone saying if I do not call back I will be sorry and that they wish me luck, The scary part is they knew the last 4 of my SSN which is crazy how in the world did these b*****ds get my info if any.

These people called me saying they were from James & Gibson Attorneys and said that i defaulted on an internet loan and owe 783.00, i told them that i have never received a loan online and the paralegal just kept telling me i would be arrested within 24 at my place of business and will then owe $8000 in legal fees. The loan was from an American Cash loan place, and they knew the name of my last bank but that account has been closed for years. The lady was very rude and had an accent so it was hard understanding what she was saying. I told them I would be happy to go to court and fight them then she kept saying i would be thrown in jail and she hung up on me. This people are scammers, don't pay them anything!!!! The

I had a man with a Pakastani accent call my place of employment!  He claimed to be with a company that wanted to take legal action against me and he left information like this with my employer.  I will sue if I hear back from this man.

THIS HAPPENED TO ME YESTERDAY:  THIS IS A FIRST HAND ACCOUNT OF A SCAM-  BE ALERT AND ASK QUESTION BEFORE YOU PANIC

I receive a call last week that went to voicemail from: Message from Unknown sender (6066199560)

The man had a foreign accent and did not leave any specific information on why he was calling so I thought it was a telemarketer.  I deleted the message.  Again this week, I receive another message that was still very vague so I deleted the message again.  Yesterday he left a more detailed message regarding (a legal suit being filed again me and he needed to contact my attorney).  This message caught my attention so I returned his call.

Phone Call #1 to him:  He stated his name was Chris and that he was working with the State of Texas on an arrest warrant because I had done business with a company and failed to pay the debt.  He wanted to contact my attorney to get the information to him in order to keep the Police from showing up at my job on Friday to arrest me and book me downtown.  I asked if there had been any mail sent to my home address or email address indicating a court date or the alleged charges against me.  He told me that in the state of Texas that is not required because I had signed contracts agreeing to pay for the services and had failed to make the $8,000 dollar payment and they were now pursuing legal aggressive action. He told me he would read the affidavit and the charges against me and asked me not to interrupt him while he read them to me.  I informed him that I did not have an attorney currently on retainer but that I would call him back with the information.  (this was to give me time to put together some questions that would allow me to understand what I needed to do).  He told me he would read the affidavit and the charges against me and asked me not to interrupt him while he read them to me.  It was amazing how official all of the information he read to me sounded so I was wondering if it could be true.

Phone Call #2 to him:  I asked him to provide the name of the company that I did business with and he gave the name American Bank.  I informed him that I did not recognize that name and asked him if they went by another name in the state of Texas.  He said they do business under multiple names but could not provide me with the specific name.  I then asked him if he could email me the information for me to read over and provide to my attorney.  He refused and again asked for my attorney?s name.  I told him I would call him back.

Phone Call # 3 was to a paralegal that I know: He asked me if the person sounded like he had a foreign accent.  I responded yes and he told me it sounded like a scam to call him back and tell him that I had call the Federal Trade Commission to see if the number was listed on the scam phone number list.  

Phone Call # 4:  I called the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint and they also said it sounded like a scam and told me to contact Transunion to put a fraud alert on my account with all Credit reporting agencies.  So I did so.

Phone Call #5:  I called Chris back to let him know what my paralegal and the FTC told me and he then became belligerent and told me to just wait until Friday when I was arrested at my job and taken downtown for booking.  I then told him that I thought he was trying to scam me and this was a bunch of BS that he was feeding me. He told me I was wasting his time and to enjoy my time in jail and to hopefully have an attorney and family that could provide my bail money.  He then hung up on me.

Phone Call #6:  I called him back to see what other information he could provide to me.  His response, ?are you now going to harass me??.  I told him know that I just needed to get more information.  The line went dead.

Phone Call #7, and #8:  I called back, heard a pick up, and click- a hang up.  Then my number was blocked

Guess once he found out I was on to him, he realized I wasn?t stupid and wasn?t giving him any personal information, money, or my attorney?s number.

Please be very careful when you receive phone calls from people you know.  Don?t give out any personal information even if they can confirm it because there are a lot of scammers out there that buy and sell personal information to get money from people who might not know to ask the right questions.

Very Scary when someone tells you that you will be arrested at you work place.

If I am wearing orange on Friday, you will know it wasn?t a scam, but since they won?t talk to me and have blocked my numbers, I don?t think the florescent orange will be my color on Friday.

Please pass this along to friends and family who might not be business savvy.  It might save them some money, time, identity theft and heartache.

He said he called from James@Gibson law office. He said me that I didn't pay $150 for a loan which I never recieved, because I signed terms and conditions for a loan, and I would be arrested on my working place...

Same thing happened to me. They wanted me to go to WalMart, Walgreens or CVS and get a green dot money pak to send them the money that I owed. I looked up the company name and phone number and nothing has come up. They keep calling my work when I am not there. How to I file a complaint about them to the FBI?

They said there will be a court order against me and I would have to go to court.

I wish they would just leave us alone.
