Called my cell about 7PM Pacific Time last night, no name, so I didn't answer.

Received a call about ten minutes ago from some woman asking for "David".  I asked her "Who?"  She said "Phillips"?  I told her no.  She hung up.  I called back and got a recording saying that the phone number was not active.  The message repeated the phone number that had called and the phone number that I was calling from.
