I called the number from a land line. It's a recording that says that they are calling about the "Reward Redemption" rebate card that you qualify for because you recently visited a rewards website. Press 1 to get the rebate card or Press 2 to be removed from the call list

Phone rang almost 2 times before the caller hung up

I just got a call and it hung up. It happens a few times.
