BEWARE! They called my husband's cell phone yesterday. When he answered, same recording some of you got. Guy with thick Indian accent then comes on, wants to know if my husband wants his interest rate lowered on his Bank Of America Visa. We don't have a Bank of America Visa, and when my husband told him that, he wanted to know what credit card we had. My husband hung up on him.
REPORT this guy at the federal do not call site. My husband's cell, as well as mine and the home phone are ALL on the list there, and I also filed a police report. That was attempted identity theft.

Womans voice recording, wanted to lower interest rates on credit card, take it as my final warning. Press 1 now, thick indian accent, couldn't understand the person, so I asked to speak to someone else, he said i'll turn volume up can u hear me now? Yes but I still can't understand you, I want to talk to an English speaking American about my money. He says no, have a nice day. I'm screamin no you can't hangup on me this is Capitol one, you called me, dial tone.
