This number called me multiple times and does not leave a message. Would like it to stop.

This number is listed as one of many numbers for Pinnacle Financial Group, a collection agency. They are a huge company and employ a multitude of people. It is therefore reasonable to assume that your experience with them if you dare talk to them will vary widely depending on their attitude, day of the week, etc., as well as yours. Keeps calling my cel phone but of course I don't answer it because I don't know the number. I am register with DNC, but that doesn't seem to work.

Keep getting calls from this caller looking for "Alan Ward," clearly I'm not that person, have told them a number of times, now they call, I look up the number since they leave no VM, add to reject list. From what I am reading, AT&T is behind this? If they are, I think it may be time to cancel their service.

Call my phone and not talking, I don't want that.

My harrassing calls came from Pinnacle, hired by AT&T. I did not have any business with Pinnacle. They Attached  a debt to my credit report without merit.

Received a call from this number; they didn't leave a message. From other cell phone owners' responses this is a collection agency. I have no unpaid bills. I wonder why they called me and how they got my phone number.

Call from this number asking for my husband, common first and last name..We have had this number for less than a month now and this is the 15 or 16 call from this "group", each time shows up as a different number and location but same group..The man asked me for my husbands S.S. # to verify that he is not the correct person they are looking for, I refused to give it and told him that I was recording the call and will turn it over to AT&T since that is who they are supposedly working for..And that the harrassment needs to stop or we will file charges since my husband is an Attorney. They hung up..We will see if that worked.

I have been getting numerous calls from this number and because I do not recognize it, I do not answer it. I am supposed to be on the no-call list, but apparently that doesn't work.

Also for them to call me at that time it would have been 11:00pm there. What gives with

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HASN'T LIVED HERE IN 20 YEARS.  TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL ME, BUT THEY KEEP CALLING.

My first call on my brand-new cellphone was from 609-385-1122. NO ONE knows I have this number. Nice that the phone has a "Reject" list.

This is only one of many annoying calls...phone rings 3 times (no time to even answer!!),no message left. Folks getting these calls,need to contact the Federal Trade Commission..Maybe then ,they'll stop calling!!

Go to google and look them up. I have gotten calls from the for months and thought they were in Des Plaines, Ill. but was informed by them about the above. I have also filed a complaint with the DO NOT CALL
agency. Do this if you get a lot of calls from them.

They keep calling and asking about a chuck jones. Something about a debt resolution agency. Don't know how many times i've told the to leave me alone.

Got a call from this number several times at work and several others stating Pinacle Financial. Got another call yesterday from this number stating it was Convergent Outsourcing, Inc.

Evidentally the new phone number AT&T issued me belonged to a guy who left quite a debt behind. Hence, this is the 51st number Pinnacle Finance Collection Agency has used to contact this guy even though I have told them I am the NEW owner. They're programmed bots who sit for hours getting brain washed on NOT to believe whoever is on the line, just keep harassing them! Shhheessshhhh! I'll have to contact AT& T & either have them contact these folks @ straighten them out or go through the trouble of reissuing me a new number. So much for programmable stupidity with Pinnacle Finance Collections.

Calls immediately after 800-829-7750.  Neither number leaves a message.

I am sick & tired of getting calls from this #, I am a retired (70) plus year old women, who lives alone & do not like callers who will not leave a message, as to why they are calling in the first place, I feel like I am being harassed, & will think about notifying the police dept. if they continue to harass me.

I received a call from the nastiest female I have ever come across, yelling on the phone and refusing to tell me who she was or where she was calling from. She repeately told me after I asked her numerous times who she was if I did not answer her questions, she would continue to harrass me and leave messages on my voice mail. She could cost me my job. People like this, NEED to be reported to the Better Business Bureau, the FCC in  which I did. No one should be subjected to this kind of verbal harrassment.
