My first payment is not due until August 1 why are you calling me 6 weeks in advance?

When I see the number I do not answer any more we are a business I have caller ID I also do not have time for nonsense :)

Please read the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT.  This is your bible and you should have already been given a copy.  You may not call copious times in a day nor may you call at 5:38 AM.  Your company is in violation of this Act and my husband and I are reporting you.  Good day.

Not sure but you can get them to stop calling them not sure if you just have to tell them verbally or if you have to send it in writing. But once you do this the right way they have to stop calling you or they are in violation of the law.

CENLAR hold my mortgage, i have never had a phone call from them till yesterday...a man wanted to know why i had not paid my March mortgage, I panicked--thinking i had forgotten...i found the bill, it was sitting on a desk to go out, i was not late and asked why I should get this call when i have been late only twice in 20 years...he said he had no record of my payment and that it was due on march 1st...i told him that its always been due on March 28th and that i usually paid in the grace period because of pay structure...
He DID NOT KNOW--THAT MY PAYMENT WAS DUE AT THE END OF THE MONTH. HE stammered and said 'uh...oh,,,i assumed they were all due on the 1st'   I asked if he worked for Cenlar or if they had contracted an outside agency...he said he worked for Cenlar...I stated that i wanted to speak to a manager...he said "Of course you do" and hung up! Does Cenlar have a SECURITY BREACH? DOES SOME CLOWN NOW HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER AND MORTGAGE INFO..OR IS CENLAR AND THE AGENCY HACKS THAT THEY HIRE JUST DO BAD BUSINESS?

This was a company calling on behalf of my Mortgage lienholder to say my payment is late. Once I logged in and made the payment they stopped calling. No big deal.

They called me regarding a new mortgage I have. It's more of a courtesy call and they let me know when I needed to pay the first payment. Completely legit.

Not everyone is due on the 1st of the month, and in most cases, a payment isn't deemed late until 2 weeks later due to biweekly paychecks. Also, most of these people do not have accounts with you, so their banks claim's dept should be contacting them NOT your company.

If the payment is not "Late", then NO, it does not give you the "right" to contact anyone.

I kept receiving calls from 609-718-2432 where the person would just hang up and when I did not answer I never received a VM.  I do not have a loan with Lasalle bank and have no debt, I finally blocked it with mr. number and turned off the alerts from when it is blocked, they seem to call all hours of the day an night.  Glad I blocked them since I received the following at work today.  Appears it may be a scam trying to get money from people and I did forward the number to security.
If you get a mysterious call to your office phone or BB for someone who hangs up DO NOT CALL THEM BACK! We are having several people called from different numbers who are doing this. It is a trick! If you call back they will attach to your phone and it will incur very high charges. Persons calling you can also then be harvested for the same ploy.

Rec'd call at 12:47pm.  Caller ID said "Out of Area".  So sick of solicitors and robo-calls!

So, a***ipe, does that give your company the right to call me and then hang up as soon as I answer? I picked up on the second ring, The call came in at 8:30 am, an hour after I got to sleep. I understand that you bi****s have the right to call me about my mortgage, but what you are actually doing is harrassing me. Maybe, c***sucker, you'd like to meet in person and explain to me why the number calls every month but there is never anyone on the line to talk to me. Today,I just finally had enough of it and did research to find out it was my own mortgage company, calling me first thing in the morning and hanging up when I answer. Does my payment being late give you the right to prank call me? That's what the f*** is happening. Since you are speaking up for the company, would you like to let me take my frustration out on you? Let me know and I'll travel to the s****ole state of NJ and do so.

This number called and I did not answer. They did not leave a message. My mortgage was recently sold to another compan, and this has happened before. It is just a business transaction. I believe it is  this action that allows this company to obtain phone numbers. This company doesn't  give out the "loan company name" because they don't know the company name or account number. They get that info from you so they can contact your company and try to drum up business for themselves by offering third party services. Beware, and contact your loan company directly.

I'm just hoping they record what we have to say, because I said, "If you're not going to respond, jacka**, don't call back!"  :)  Burns my buns... I'm at work, and don't have time for their nonsense!
