Great American Power - they are using software to change the caller ID number. They change the caller ID number every day - they are calling as "Energy Savings Center" trying to get you to switch electric providers.

The 188 exchange is a new one for me. I have been getting calls daily from this number for at least a week. There is no one on the other end and when I try to call it back I get a fast busy signal. Anyone else get these or know what it is?
