Just received a call on my cell phone from 612-235-6755 claiming to be Bank of America and I needed to press 1 and enter the 16 digit card # for my debit card.  The message gives the generic first 4 or 6 account numbers.  I don't have a BofA debit card.

Both my husband and I received messages on our cell phones regarding Sandia Credit Union 612-235-6756.  We don't have any connection with Sandia Credit Union so we know it was a scam.  Scary part is they were able to get our cell numbers.

About 1 am I received a call from this number and did not pick up. When I tried to call back it just kept ringing, no answer, no prompt to voicemail. I recently had an account (car loan) with Sandia Federal Credit Union but it is now closed.

I got this call at 1:15 AM on Sunday saying that my Sandia Labs Credit Union card was locked for security reasons and to press 1 to unlock my card now. I do not have a card with this institution. I wish someone would find out who this doing this scam.

I also got a text from a 206-407-3819 on the day before this call (Saturday) and the text said:
Dear H&R Member, your emerald prepaid mastercard has been locked. Call 323-230-4571 to unlock it. Also I looked on the internet and this 206-407-3819 number is related to a lot of things like renting a party bus. Anyway, I do not have one of this cards.

Not sure, but the area code 323 is Los Angeles, California and 206 is in Seattle, Washington, and 612 is Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Received a call from this number at 4am. Did not answer call but VM said to hit 1 to unlock my Sandia Federal Credit Union credit card. Curious to other people, is your carrier T-Mobile? I do have a SFCU CC but I didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday.  Just mad they woke me up!

I just received the same reported call as noted above from (612) 235-6756; claiming they were Sandia Federal Credit and my card was locked, etc.  I will be reporting the call to the FTC and to the State Attorney General:

This is a scam.  It is a voice autmated call to allegedly alert you that your Sandia Federal Credit Union account has been locked as a result of fraud; however, this call will result in fraud if you repond to it.  DO NOT PRESS "1"  Hang up and do not repond to the number.

For more details contact Sandia Federal Credit Union directly!

Received a call from this number at 1:25 a.m. that woke me up but I did not answer cell phone.  Received a 2nd call 3 minutes later identifying themselves as from Wells Fargo and asking me to hit the 1 key on my phone in order to proceed with the call.  I hit the 1 key and the call ended.  I am worried I activated a CC acct. somehow with this keystroke.  I have not had a Wells Fargo acct. (loan) for about 15 years.  Worried that I have authorized a scammer to open a new CC acct.
