I just received a call from this number. He said his name was Trevor Rock from "Recorded Vine." He refused to tell me what the call was about until I verified my address. I told him I wasn't going to verify anything until I knew why he was calling. He then hung up.

Call from multiple numbers. Never leave a message and the few times I have answered they hang up. Not sure what the point of that is. One look at my credit report and they should know I am never going to pay :)

Calls and harasses yelling

I'm going through the same thing. They call daily.

Keep receiving calls, no one is there when i answer and they do not leave a message. its getting really old

I also have received a call from them, but I have caller ID and ignore the call. I do appreciate the information that everyone shared and I will write it down and then block them!

Like most people our health-care insurance has soared in the past few years. Yes we owe for past bills. But you have to decide whether or not you pay the crucial bills for the home and then work on paying off others. If these companies harrass someone they need to be called out for their practices. I know I owe but work with me in terms that I can afford not what they demand. Hopefully our country will stand up against the insurance companies and demand change in the way the system works. I'm not saying we get it for free, just make it affordable for what we can pay. Big insurance needs to let Dr.s practice medicine and not dictate how many unnecessary tests and procedures we undergo inflating our costs overall. Then there would be little need for these collection people.

My father was a doctor and held the same belief. I hope to God we get it figured out for our children. Bob G.

Phone hang up.  I guess I am clueless as to why they'd be calling me.  I am pretty sure all of our medical bills are paid up.

Rediculous! Calling for someone who has not lived with me for over a year! Called bck to get my number taken off (mad facts were not even correct and my number ended up with them in the first place) though will these agencies I doubt it really was! It is JCC  J.C. Christian Associates.

I got a call from these asholes as well.  They ask me to hold to talk to a person.  I waited for a few minutes nothing.  I too have some unpaid medical bills that went to them for collection.  They keep calling harassing me at least once a day.  When I call them back I get a person and then they hang up on me.

Getting the same thing.  They call, the automated message comes up, then they hang up.  I assume its a small debt of some type but until they leave me an actual message they are going to have a hard time reaching me.

I was contacted by this number for U of M Physicians so add them to the list of medical organizations using JC Christian.  They called both my cell phone and my direct line at work and did not leave a message.  No one answered when I called back - it rolled straight to their own voice mail which had a vague announcement and did not identify themselves.  

Initial contact was with Bonnie Westbrooks1-866-568-8376.  She also did not answer at this number, though at least her name was in the outgoing message.

I reported their behavior back to the billing department at U of M Physicians.

They just called me 4 times in a row this morning, BEFORE 8:00AM, hanging up when the voice mail came on and calling right back.  I've just logged their number into my smartphone's reject list, so I shouldn't get anymore early morning calls.  Until they start calling from another extension....

Everytime I answer the phone the hang up and Everytime I call them back they hung up on me. They never leave a message.

If this Healtheasts internal collections calling & this debt is for a hospital bill or a service rendered in their facility, they are required by MN law to send u a FORM to fill out & return with verification of income, how many people in the home, etc etc to determine if you may be eligible under guidelines for charity care or a discount.  If u are ask for this form & they refuse please report this to Healtheast administration & the MN Attorney General's office which governs this law.  I assure u, healtheast would want to know if consumers are being harrassed in any way either by their internal collectors or outsourced collection agency, this reflects on them as a whole.

I am getting these calls everyday all day and they do not leave any type of message.  I am in the process of lossing my home plus have a lot of other debt.  They need to leave me alone and I will pay them as I can.

Registering with the do-no-call registry will not stop these type of calls.  Any company with a previous business relationship with you can call you.  When they purchase your account from the company you are in debt to, they can assume that previous business relationship.

I used to work for JCC (not on the phones).  They are very devious, nasty, intimidating.  Their collectors really enjoy being mean.  It is like a mob mentality.  The company owner is as sleazy as they come.  I hated working there and was happy to leave.

I got a call from this same number just now and it was a tinny recording telling me to stay on the line as they had "an important business call to make with me".  I hung up at the sound of the recording!  I was sure it was an automatic autodialer that got the number.  I hung up before the recording finished and now I am glad I did!

This is a collection agency. I found out by calling them back and they had been calling for someone who used to have my phone number. Grrrrrrrr!!!!!!
