A serial killer that targets telemarketers? If only. Scam debt collectors also. One could never convict.

tell them the call is being recorded and of they woill say on the line, the police will have their location, within 30 seconds.
see if they hang up. Tell them, once you  have the call, it will be forwarded to a "serial killer", who will be glad to take care of them and their virus calls. Tell them yo udon;t even have a computer, and cll them the dumba$$ they are.
If they are stupid enough to call someone on the do not call list, then they are as stupid as they probably look.

If I could get my hands, on just one of these little bas-turds, I would make sure he couldn't even pick up a phone ,much less dial one and harrass people.

Just like this person, I get inundated with these calls for a couple of weeks.  They slow down for a week or so and then start up again.  Sometimes they are from the same number, other times they are new (or 'unknown').  I've been keeping track, and since Nov 1, 2013 I've received these calls from at least 25 different numbers, some several times apiece.  Just amazing how awful this is!!

phone number calls me several times a day insisting that there is a virus on my computer and keeps asking for personal information which i refuse to give to them.  also, when i ask them to stop calling me they just talk over me and i have had several of the callers state that they will continue to call. they are rude.

I get this call twice a day on my cell phone.  I don't answer cause I know it is scam.

Jerks call.. never say a word, do not leave messages, and you cannot call back. I am on a NO CALL LIST..

These jokers call all the time on my cell from all sorts of numbers. Just had them call from 323-767-8042.

Avoid this Indian man scam calls!!

The government does NOTHING to get these annoying scammers and pain in the a** people who just call randomly on a regular basis , and most cellphone companies do nothing as well, nor offer caller blocking from known scammers. So as a result, they continue to harrass

Just rcvd a call from a robot voice named "Jacob" who advises that he could help me with my tax liability.  I told him that I was not interested and he insisted that I answer a few yes or no questions.  I told him to get off my cell phone and remove my number from his list.  This number has been calling me for months and I never answer it, but I was waiting on an important call and couldn't see the number.  I have an iPhone that will allow me to block unwanted callers so that is what I did.  Ridiculous! On the Do Not Call List.

I just got a call from this number. Called it back and it said sorry you missed a call from us if you want to be put in our do not call list press 1 so I pressed one, guess we will see if they call back

Yeah I love the "no contact no ring" option my phone has. Then I just go thru missed calls- select and block all the scammers and spammers. Genius!

Launches into helping with taxes. Fast talker. Poor listener. Will report and block if he calls one more time.

Robot like male voice from "National Tax Relief Center," transferred to "Anna" at Authority Tax Services.

Caller was "Jacob", who was going to help me with taxes. Hung up. Called again today, same pitch.

DO NOT CALL is worthless. Since I signed up last year, the calls doubled.

Idiots scammers called a 4:43 pm, no message left. Phone ID relayed "PC Help". I got some PC Help for ya.... bend over! I never ever answer these calls. I have cut my landline ringer off so I'm not bothered and if they hit my cell, unless your listed as a contact, my phone won't even buzz. Aint nobody got time for that!

612-808-8265 called my cell phone at 4pm.  I don't know anyone in Minnesota, so didn't answer.  I've noticed that my cell goes through cycles when I get a few unknown callers from all over the country for weeks, and then none for a while before they start up again.  Very few leave messages.

Just got a call from what sounded like a prerecord end voice. When I asked "are you a robot" there was a moments pause and then a very prerecord end sounding "I am not a robot." So I hung up.

B*****ds called twice in a row. Been getting tons of calls since I got an O'reilly auto parts reward card. Coincidence? I think not.

Got this call at 6:37 P.M. Need to stop these jerks from calling! I don`t answer if I don`t know the number! Whatever happened to the " DO NOT LIST"? Stop calling me!

Why can't the most powerful country in the world shut down these criminals that use our phone systems to pester people?

This shows-up as "PC HELP"  What is it?
