I got the calls too, and subsequently blocked them.
They get your number from your phone provider.
Rogers, Telus, Fido, Bell, Primus, etc, they all sell your phone number to these companies.
Nice, eh?

I concur... it was about getting groceries / meat to my front door. I just got the call now, not too long after the poster before me. Hhmmm

a message left on my machine twice - the beginning is always cut off so I don't know who is calling and I just get the last part of the message that says "for further information please press 1 now"
