Tried to reach you twice (Yeah right) to buy part or all of your business for an Ohio buyer.
Clearly they do not know anything about my business (which is no longer active due to financial issues)

Karl Spencer, from Wall Street International. 514-339-9998. What's to buy all parts of our company. LOL. He says the buyer is Ohio based and that he wants to open up immediate negotiations!

Steven West author joke!!! author of bogus spam faxes!!!! This guy is a two-bit turd. He lies to people to try to get fees. His trick is to "seem" like he is a buyer to bait unsuspecting business owners.

Also recieved a fax from Karl Spencer urgently asking to discuss the sale of our Canadian West Coast business to an interested party in Ohio.

obviously some sort of scam but how do they profit from these types of faxes? I did try to return the call but cannot get through.

We have received several of these in the last two weeks. Now it's "The mergers and Acquisitions Dept." but when you call the number it's Wall Street bla bla bla.

I left a voicemail asking that they remove us from their call list. I'd hate to have disturbed them from their "very important staff meeting!" they were apparently in.

Number is now 403-441-6802; Senior VP is Jonathan Baldwin

This Peter Winslow obviously has no idea who we are!  Unless they plan to practice medicine.... we are a group of independent doctors sharing office space.

Ha, we got one, they want to buy The Town of Paradise in Newfoundland, Canada, all or part they say. Wonder which part we will sell, wonder how the citizens will respond to being sold.

I received a very similar fax signed b Oliver Newman of Wall Street International.  The number is
514-339-9998.  No website or address on the letterhead.

My letter states that the Vice President is Paul Jameson, Good luck Robert Moey!

Your company does not exist or has not been registered... How can someone trust?

You know it is pretty funny how, on the fax that we received, your name is Robert Hendricks, not Moey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I mean how many names do you really have. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that this fax will be making it to the trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received similar FAX from "Wall Street International" at 613-236-0076.  Offering to buy a portion of our company.

Wall Street International must be very busy!  They want to buy our DME company, which happens to be owned by a major hospital group.  Like others, "Peter Winslow" should have his secretary use Spell Check"...

Mr Peter Winslow from 613 236 0076 sent a fax stating he has two buyers for my company.  His partner called and since I didnt want to tell him our annual sales threw the phone.  What a jerk!   plse do not fall to this scam

Our company has been receiving these letters since early 2011. The name of the President and the phone numbers change all the time. At one point, they were angry about not getting past the receptionist.I'm sure they must read this stuff and try to figure out better ways to scam, because they have gotten better. I throw them away every time. One month received 3 or 4 letters.

Received a junk fax from Wall Street International.  Hopefully no one EVER responds to these losers. They have never actually called here, that I know of, so had to laugh at the line that poor Mr. Peter Winslow couldn't get past the secretary!

Our office has gotten a phone call everyday from the VP of wall street international. This do***e bag is very rude and hangs up on me as soon as he is asked his name or what he is calling about. Today a fax came across with same crap, about having buyers for our company. Except this time he included that the secretary was very difficult and could not get past her.... well i am the executive secretary he is complaining about. Mr Peter Winslow is not gonna be happy next time he talks to me. What a joke!

We received an unsolicited fax, too. Aren't there rules against Fax SPAM? Can something be done? How can we get them to stop?

You may want to call a business or intellectual property attorney in your state to see whether there are appropriate ways to protect your company's name.  You may not necessarily have to file a trademark application to get or to have protection.  And you are, apparently, suffering some actual harm that may include damage to your company's reputation, not to mention the cost of handling all the complaints.

Many apologies for these fraudulent calls. My company is called wall street international but we are a small art center in Philadelphia.  We are not at all affiliated with the company that had been faxing you. I've gotten several calls in reference to the faxes sent. I can't imagine who has time to pester so many people.

We just received a similar letter/fax with a few minor changes.  The phone number is now 517-339-9998 and the signer is Olivia Newman.

Just got the same fax.  Says its the second attempt from Oliver Newman from Wall Street International representing an Ohio buyer.  The name of our company owner is mispelled.  dated 2-27-13.  Ph # listed (514)339-9998.  I did not call.

We too got one from 5143399998 waiting for a call back so I can tell them to stop.

I just sold Mr. Winslow our company last week.  Really thought the check would be here by now.
