2nd time late night call asking me if I'm from the Phillipines. I'm from Alabama...think I would SOUND like someone from the Phillipines. Voice is Asian.

Today i have received call from 6133 33 45 67 and he want to confirm my email address and company's product Brand Name.
the conversation language is English, But that was not Indian people Language, while the international code was India +91.
please inform what should my next action?

My husband keep getting this call on his cell phone , like a telemarketing.When you call this # back, it will say "your call cannot be completed as dialed, pls. check the # & dial again" That's weird. We don't want this people calling us. What's the best way to do it?

I have been receiving phone calls from this # at least 5 times today,I couldn't really understand what he was saying as there was alot of noise in the background. He kept saying his job to make sure I would receive the $100 gift card, and he confirmed my address, then i told him to stop calling me, then hung up.

We receive call every shift change.
Most can not speak english.
We have no idea who they are with.

I've been getting calls from this # in Denbigh ON

I got a call from 613-333-4567 telling me they were Mastercard and had a $100 gift certificate for me to use at any store, like Walmart, and they had the last four digits of my card too. If all this info is correct it is a company called RK West, 4323 E. Cactus Rd., Phoenix, Az, 85032, and they sell vaccum cleaners. Along with telemarketing and no telling what other scams.
So they are not really from Ontario Canada, but I suspect, they use this number to call in the US to get away with evading US law.

I got the same call and reported it to MasterCard

This number keeps calling and its very irritaing. I just let it ring. How can this get reported to the right people, so that it stops.

Contacting me at my work and not supposed to have personal calls at work.  Trying to give me a $100.00 give card for a credit card I don't even have.

THESE PEOPLE ARE RELENTLESS FOR MONTHS I HAVE BEEN ASKING THEM TO STOP CALLING ME THREE TO FOUR TIMES A DAY. THEY HAVE THE LAST FOUR NUMBERS OF MY CREDIT CARD AND KEEP HARRASSING ME TELLING ME IHAVE WON SOMETHING BUT I HAVE TO GIVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO GET IT. THEY SAY THEY ARE A MARKETING COMPANY.  THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING;  I HAVE BLOCKED THE NUMBER THEY ALWAYS CALL FROM AND NOW THEY ARE CALLING FROM UNKNOWN PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP

Mark the number in your phone....Answer. "Yes officer this is the call I wanted to record"..... ask "Are you familiar with the Federal Rico statutes" where the perpetrator crosses state lines (stolen credit card indentity theft) if convicted the government seizes the property of the family of all involved.  Call their law enforcement Local, State, FBI, FCC and BBB.  If your as relentless with them as they are with you they will stop.  Keep a log book to record call information, date, time, names used, what was said, play along, get them to talk.  If they are there, but don't talk, tell them to "speak" like they were a dog. This sometimes really gets them talking. haha. If you know what I mean.   oh, get a new credit card, before you get every magazine subscription you ever heard of. good luck

I just got a call from this number, but when I answered the phone no one was there.

Received some bomb threat from this caller.  Today is Sept 28, 2010 at around 4 pm, CAlifornia Time.  The company name that appeared on our caller ID is:  DENBIGH ON.

I keep getting repeat calls. I finally said "TAKE ME OFF OF YOUR [expletive] LIST" and then got a call back where some foreign sounding woman said "f*** you." Now they call repeatedly, the same woman, with threats.

I got a call from this number 1-613-333-4567 yesterday.   My machine picked up the call and after a few seconds a male (sounded like a teen) said "Hello".   I picked it up but he had hung up and I assumed he dialed the wrong number.

waste of time these telemarketers..
best to not shake the hornets nest,
don't pickup at all and after a few (days or weeks depending on a**hole's patience)
they will drop you and play with someone else..
these are the bottom feeders that gives legit telemarketers who follow rules a bad name..

also, if you are with verizon, i think there's a way to block the calls by punching in some # and number
codes...

Ahhhh a number to CALL THEM AT!  Everyone get that?  Do it from a "private #!"

Do-not-call calls are illegal. Threats are BIG-TIME illegal.  There's a gov form to fill out and you can SUE them!  "EVERY" time I threaten to do that, ALL CALLS STOP, even from AT&T telemarketers and Bank telemarketers.

Cannot redial / callback number to see who(m) it might be.  Called at 5:50am (PST) aarrgghh...so who took the money from the telemarketing/congress passed law.  I know, the people we elected in office, silly me.

I am experiencing what I consider phone harassment.  This is not a company wanting to sell me something, it is a opinion survey company.  This is what is happening…



For the last three weeks I have been receiving phone calls requesting my opinion from this company.  I tell them I am registered with the Texas do not call and the Federal do not call, and I understand that this does not include opinion surveys or research companies, but I do not want to receive any more phone calls from them, and to take my name off their list.  Just this week , for the last three days I have received their calls.  In fact, today when I told them to take my name off their list they proceeded to call me FOUR MORE TIMES ... calling then hanging up with lots of laughing and giggling in the background!  I am handicapped and it is quite difficult for me to get to the phone.   It seems to be a bunch of kids working for this company and they seem to think this is quite funny.  



I have asked to speak to a supervisor, and she told me they could call because there was no law saying opinion survey companies were not restricted by the do not call laws, and she refused to give me the name of the company, or her name or the real telephone number.  They are using 555-123-4567 which is the phone number what shows up on my caller ID, and there is only "No Name Found" for the company name.  I tried to use my call blocker and this did not work.  I contacted the AT&T phone company and basically they told me there is nothing they can do... call blocker won't work with this fake telephone number, nor will *69.  They suggested that I contact the FCC and the state of Texas.  I did hear back from Texas and they requested that I contact the Texas Attorney General.  

Today I started receiving calls from 613-333-4567.  From other email complaints I found when researching the number on the internet, it is indicated that the company name is RK West (602) 841-E Cactus Rd Phoenix, AZ 85032. However when I called the 613-841-2801 it was a suburban housewife and she is unaware of any of this.


Can you please help me?  I just don't need this stress, and I imagine I am not the only person experiencing this.  This seems to be a most unethical business practice.

The caller identified themselves as Jenny from Reliant Home Care.  They ahve called a dozen times or more..
