This company is f***ing sick , they keep on calling cell phones at 8 am..

I have been repeatedly receiveing calls from 613 961 7220 - I called Art Marroquin at 1 800 668 0077 on May 22nd requesting my cell # be removed from their call list-he assured me it would be. He said it may take 24 - 48 hrs but it would be removed. I received calls over the weekend and again today. I called Art again at 1 800 668 0077 he said he was sorry and that he'd asked for my # to be removed....he said that it I waas being called from the Belleville site and that he's call them right away. These peopole have been using up my cell phone time and it has been an aggravation. My next call was to the CRTC at 1 877 249 CRTC...I called them and I have lodged a formal complaint against these people who are wasting my cell phone time. I have included the phone # of the CRTC for anyone else that may wish to call to prevent these people at 613 961 7220 from pestering others.

I called the 800 number today to get myself removed.  for the past week they have called two to three times a day.  I was told it is a computer error that dials too many numbers for the number of employees working to answer.  So it is the computer that hangs up not a person.  Who cares just make it stop.  I will continue to monitor it and if it persists I will write the crtc as well.  and this is a business cell phone, at home i get telemarketers call all night to the point i might change my number, i cant stand it.  Plus they call as late as 9PM.

Please stop calling my phone and as I answer it, there is no response. Is this some kind of a joke?

I am getting the same calls from 1-613-961-7220 it does not matter what you do they keep calling the best way I have found to stop them for 30 days or so is as soon as you answer press the number # key on your phone for as many times as you can it then confuses the computer and they stop for a while. That number is calling me up to 3 times a day annoying as hell and i have been on the do not call list through the government ever since it was introduced

This number has been on my twice a day, every day for weeks.  I did phone the 1-800 number and I barely had a word out of my mouth when the person who answered said they would take me off the phone list. We shall see.

Reported to CRTC, this company has phoned me one too many times.

I hope this will teach them to STOP CALLING PEOPLE!

Please everyone go to the CRTC website and REPORT these annoying people. It takes less than 5 minutes of your time, and will save the rest of us plenty of harassing calls.

I kept getting calls from this number a few times a day. They never left messages, just kept calling back. So I finally picked up the call today, they said they were from Royal Bank Visa, they tried to sell me some kind of credit card insurance. They requested that I confirm my address with them. Which I find weird because they should already have it right?? I just said I wasn't interested and hung up.

there is a voicemail (THAT IS FULL) but it mentions the company name BEAUTYROCK

I googled them.. Found out they are a telemarketer.

This number keeps calling, 3-4 times a day. There's no one on the other end when I pick up.

This number calls me every day.  When I try to call them back to ask them to remove me from the list, their mailbox is full.

This number is someone calling on behalf of RBC, but they represent other banks as well.

They want to basically sign you up to a 2 year contract to protect your cell phones, VISA cards, debit cards, etc. from fraudulent activity and to cancel all services with one call for $69.95 for 2 years.

I wasn't interested anyways, but what concerned me was that he had to confirm my information - if you were really calling from my bank, you would have all that already, wouldn't you?

I confirmed with RBC that they are in fact an approved 3rd party, so they might be annoying, but it's not a scam at least.

this 613-961-7220 kept on calling my cell , wouldnt answer me . so i called my phone company and they put me on a do not call list so no telemarketers can call my phone. hope it workes , try it .....

i just phone art and left a 15 min. message.  i put my phone to the tv and let seinfeld play.  right after i did it again.  i did this till his mail box was full.  hope that is annoying to him.  because these calls piss me off!!

They have been calling me every morning.  I called them up on the number I found here and asked to have my number removed.  They said yes but I've still been getting calls every day since.  Filing my complaint now.  Annoying pricks.

I also it three times today, didn't pick up but was wondering how they get my number.

They have been calling my number every day for the past 3 days. I called the company's 800-number (1-800-668-0077) to remove my number from their list.  The company's assistant manager told me my number would be removed a.s.a.p.

My wife keeps getting a call from 613-961-7220 on her cell phone.  They never leave a message and hang up after one ring.

How do we report this?  I thought telemarketers were not allowed to call cell phones.

The first time I phoned, they answered and quickly hung up on me.  Be persistent.

Ask for ART MARROTUIN, he is the Manager of Beautyrock Inc.  Tell him to place you on their do not call list.  He must do this in accordance with CRTC regulations.  Tell him that if he does not and you continue to receive calls, you will report them to the CRTC.

Document his name, the time and date of your call, and what it is that you asked him to do.  Tuck that info away for the next rainy day they start calling you again so you can file your complaint with the CRTC.

Called 1-800-668-0077 march 7th at 1:05 pm and asked for art marrotuin. Told was not in, but sent to asst mgr nancy.

Told nancy to stop the calls. She took my number and the # that showed on my call display 613-961-7220 and said we would be taken off the call list. Cd take up to 24 hours to become effective, she advised.

any calls from here after march 8 and crtc will get a letter.

this is a company called Beautyrock; a telemarketer in Cornwall Ontario. If you call their 800 number they will remove you from their call list. The number is 1-800-668-0077

I don't know who this company is, or if it's a company for a week, I keep getting calls.

I would like it to stop.
