The feds know me they sit on here with me. My sprint bill has their address in texas on it. Have a good time in jail.

They have been calling multiple times a day for the past week. When I finally picked up, they asked for someone I've never heard of, so I asked to be put on the do not call list. They were polite and said of course, but I am still receiving calls. Now when I pick up, they hang up.

They are def harassment sharks to the point I will not be going with them again, after the loan is paid off. DISCOVER SUCKS per and simple.

As long as they are calling the number on file, or are receiving a call from thenumber on file they dont haveto verify anything. - Previous credit analyst for DC

If I am one day late on my payments...they call me four times a day. Wouldnt this be considered HARRASSMENT? Ill never open another account with DISCOVER.

Called me stating I was late on a payment for Discover. Little did he know, we just closed that account with a zero balance. Don't fall for it or give out any info over the phone. Credit card companies will not ask you for info over the phone.

whoever is calling me.  Anyway I don't need their call.  Thank you.  I wish I could find out who/what company this is.

Yes!!! I had a voicemail system on my cell that doesn't have any answering machine. I mean it just beeps. I always get so many people mistaking my number for a similar hospital phone number.
I checked my list that's frequently emailed to me and in missed calls. I noticed this number called a couple times in a row and I always enjoy a good laugh. Sometimes I feel sorry for the people that call accidentally.

So, to the point now. I see this number and play a couple of them. Starts out with a robot woman voice saying "This is an important call. This is an important call"
A second later a real lady starts saying "Hello?..hello?...hello?" Desperate!!!!! I wish I could have actually been on the line. Made me laugh a bit.

You better make sure you haven't had your identity stolen...If they believe that someone at your number has a Discover card, they didn't just make that up!

I have also recieved calls from the number. i do have a discover vard but it is on my old cell phone number. which is still active. how would they have got my new number. and when i answer they are very unprofessional and wouldn not tell me who they are. what do i do?

This number (614-283-1951) calls repeatedly.  Last night I answered and they were asking for someone who does not live here, and whom we do not even know.  I told them they had the wrong number and that, by the way, we were registered on the "Do not call" list.  I am going to report them to the FCC.

We have had the same number for years, so anyone else who is using it is scamming someone.  Sorry if it is Discover Card being scammed by a dishonest customer, but that doesn't give Discover the right to call us, especially after we informed them that the person they are looking for does not exist at this number.  We don't have, and never have had, a Discover Account, so they had better stop callingC8U9 or face the legal consequences.

They are ruthless when it comes to solicitation and collecting a dbt/late payment.

I keep getting calls from this number also.  I have a Discover Card and I am not late on my payments so they have to reason to call me.  This number calls me late at night!  I can't believe it.  I answered it 1 time but no one answered back.  So by reading the comments on this site that said it was Discover Card I'm just going to keep rejecting the call because I am not late or even missed a payment.

Have received this call twice in one day. They don't leave a message and it annoying as heck! How do I stop them from calling? Anyone?

For the past week I've been receiving two calls daily on my cell phone! They don't leave a message. This better stop soon.

614 283 1951 is called me 5 times a day and no one reply when I answered the phone.  I would like to stop this.

Get their mailing address & give it to them in writeing not to call you.
Legaly they must stop if they get it in writeing.
I did this with NCO & they stoped calling.(They get a $1.000 fine for each call if they call after they recive your letter).
I also stated in the letter I was forwarding a copy to my states A.G.

they keep calling at all hours of the day and disturbing me in the middle of important meetings and such

They are calling me 20x a day...they do not identify themselves, yesterday it was a "bait" recording to hurry call to LOWER my interest rate.. and its on my cell phone that charges mins during the day.

Today.. it tells me Im late on a payment no ID they dont Identify themselves, just tell me to call this number that cuts off... I talked with a detective at the Police Dept and he tells me this is highly illegal.

I guess 1 day late on a bill and you really pay the price...not only 33% interest but well feed you to the harassment sharks...
