get repeated calls from this number, but when i call back it is ALWAYS busy!! who is this????

I get the same thing happening!  Anyone know who it is!?

It is Innotech.  They called me to confirm my information because I had entered a drawing at Opry Mills. Just a side note though, the guy called me "baby" and he was so unprofessional when my husband answered the phone he thought I was cheating on him. . .

*hopes to win drawing, though. lol.

We also received a call.  Last night my wife was asked to complete a five question survey and they said she might receive a follow-up call about water.  We received a call the next morning (Sat.) informing us we'd won pizza and movie vouchers based on the survey.  Like other commenters on this board, my wife told them our schedule was uncertain and declined to set up an appointment.  The reception was brusque with laughing and, "Talk to your husband, he's right there isn't he?"  We ended the call with "We're not interested."  I've alerted my neighborhood and called Metro Police to file Harassment charges.

I encourage you to file a harassment report with the Police.  862-6200 is the non-emergency number.  Filing a report will lay the groundwork for consolidated effort to (1) identify the caller, (2) stop them, and (3) discourage this type of harassment.

We have received calls from the same bs person. He called the other day and asked to speak
with my husband and I told him he is not avaliable and asked if I could take a message and he
said no, so I said, don't bother to call back. My husband called the same 615-250-7825 and a guy
answered and he said hey, this is brown sugar, what the hell? He would not talk to my husband
so beware of this call. I suggest not answering the phone at all. It is a scam artist!!

Received a phone call and didn't think much until I was telling my husband about the phone call.  I have answered survey questions before and was waiting for the pitch on buying an item.  Asked 5 questions including if the water had a bad taste and if spots on my dishes.  He then asked if it was me and my husband and I stated yes.  He also stated that they give away prizes at later dates.  Not sure when or if they will call back.
