on no call list--reported
| Crescent is a good business 2011-06-06 20:52:50 Unknown |
There is not such thing as a DNC list for businesses. A home business, that's a different story.
You all are so stupid!!!
You should be humble, and understand a job is a job.....now you should understand how it feels before you allow us to get hung up on, or cursed out, or lied to, when you tell us to hold the line, when you never return. So, most of you are so called Christians.......whatever. Everyone is on different levels and has to make money, everyone aren't business owners!!! So, wake up!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Once you get CPC to stop calling you, they will obtain a spoof card, and call you using a different name.
The latest one is DP aka Diamond Processing 231-648-2002 and 231-648-2001 and 231-648-2000.
I believe there issue is, most companies these days have Caller ID, which a while back, there was a law passed that a company must show there name along with number on Caller ID. So, CPC thinks they can fool the general public.
We are not the type of company to allow any "salesmen" to come to our office. We aren't set up like most companies, who these people feel that they can stop by when in the area to solicit. Funny thing is, our address, if they happen to have it, is actually not our location.
I had a feeling that DP aka Diamond Processing was actually CPC. Damn, when will this company ever give up. Better yet, when will this company be forced to close its doors and be placed 20 thousand feet or more under?

How weird, I had the same thing happen to me - googled the number and CPC (as it appears on caller ID) and this forum is the first thing that comes up... all with people having the same experience. What a bunch of losers those CPC people must be!

We have been receiving phone calls from this company weekly on and off, sometimes we would receive calls from this number more then once a day. I have asked several times and many of my staff have asked to remove us from the calling list and do not call us again. They stopped for a while, after one of my employees threatened to file a complaint as our number is on the Do Not Call List. Listen, I don't have time to talk with solicitors let alone accept calls from companies I am not interested in dealing business with. We have an online business, 4 lines ring in and our lines are meant for customers only, not solicitors such as CPC.
The last call, previous to the call today, the lady assured me that they will never call our company again. They are a bunch of liars.
I also recently read that when a company calls, the employee is suppose to state there name and the company they are calling from before they ask to speak with the person they are calling for. Obviously these clowns are dumb enough not to realize we are not stupid and when they call CPC along with the number shows up on Caller ID.
My staff is trained to state there name and the name of our company when we need to contact our customers regarding there orders. It is the polite and professional thing to do and like many people, when you receive a phone call from a person asking to speak with (name of person), you generally believe that it is a telemarketer calling.
There are real jobs out there and if these people who think telemarketing is a career and belly ache about the National Do Not Call List, then maybe it is time that they consider finding another form of employment.
I wish these people would get the hint and honor our request to remove us from there call list once and for all. After all, if you are not going to leave a message, then I guess your call really isn't important after all and maybe after 3 attempts, this company should take a hint that no one wants to speak with them.
By the way, I appreciate all the information left about this company.

Yes I feel they do violate alot of businesses and private residents in the call center. Thats funny who ever Placed Daves number in here. Yes thats his actual number. CPC is a good company, but they are very sneaky in their motive to get you with them. BE AWARE. I have several friends getting rambed in the @$$.
Try other numbers such as Juan Espenoza- 214-394-7716

Crescent Processing Company 12700 Park Central Dallas TX. CPC. They have blocks of numbers from 201 area New Jersey, 616 area code Grand Rapids MI, 972 area codes TX, 877 toll free, and 800 toll free. All computerized.
Report them if you get a call. If your number is in their computer it will keep calling until you answer. Their 201 number called us 3 times per day for two months. Their starter line is to ask for owner. Sometimes they hang-up when owner not available. They will keep calling. Telemarketers need to go.
There is no way to keep up with automated dialed numbers. These telemarketers need to be prosecuted and the FCC needs to change rules and get updated to the year 2008.

after numerous 2 rings with no contact, we actually got a voice. Said, "I'm with cpc and we are going to have someone in your neighborhood on Wed, he would like to stop by; would that be OK?" What is CPC? Crescent ? Credit. In other words he said something about a credit card. I declined and told him to take us off his list. I'm already on do not call list.
| mary 2011-06-06 20:52:50 Unknown |
They are trying to sell a credit card machine service. I too am on the do not call list.

They called today around 12:54 pm today. They said that they were from a business called crescent prophesy and that they will be sending businessmen to meet me this Thursday. I told them I am not interested. They called us on our business line and our caller id for our business line showed the caller as CPC and the phone number was 616-980-2081. I don’t know why they are calling me and what they are about

Yep... it's telemarketing from Crescent Processing Company.
From their website (http://www.crescentprocessing.com/home.php) you can find their VP of Marketing and send him a "nice" email (I did!).
His name is Jim Davis (email: jdavis@crescentprocessing.com).
Or, call their toll free number (877-233-3376) hit "0". When the operator picks up, ask for "Jim Davis."
I was surprised that I got directly through to him.
For such an aggressive telemarketer, they sure aren't "protecting" themselves from angry backlash...
We log a couple of calls daily from them. A voicemail is never left. With the last call I asked simply asked for them to stop calling.
Good luck!
Jeff
