9:42 AM Sunday rec'd call saying it was from a local chimney cleaning service. After telling them to put me on their Do Not Call List I asked the name of the company and she said she didn't know.

Why am I getting these calls if I'm on the do not call list and have never done business with this company?  The telemarketing calls are worse SINCE I've added my number to the DNC list than they were before, and these telemarketers are relentless.  They call every day, never leave a message, and when you do answer there's nobody there.  Don't bother trying to call back; you get the "we're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed" message, even though it's the number you just received a call from.  A joke being on the DNC list, as it doesn't stop these annoying phone calls.

Someone named Dennis was selling chimney cleaning services at half price.  I told him I wasn't interested at this time, and I asked where he was located.  He didn't say, but instead replied with a "thank you" and hung up.
