I received several calls on my home number, and now they found me on my cell. I understand you don't have to be a rocket scientist to find all phone numbers for a person (if they are listed), but they've been told multiple times to stop calling...

I think its university alliance or something similar. I inquired into a grad school program and this one school keeps calling despite my ignoring and actual requests to stop.
