I just recieved a call from this number today.Then i decided to look up the number on "google",I saw that many people were getting harrased by this number.Thank god,I trusted what i felt like what i should do would be looking up the number instead of actually calling back the number.I feel great since i didn't pick up the cellphone to this non-sense.I know it's quicker to just pick up the cellphone instead of looking it up,but i feel like I should file a complaint-so other people don't have to waste their time on these ignorant spammers over the cellphone.NOTE:(I want to leave EVERYONE with a word of advice that I've been using since i was just a kid,"Never answer the cellphone if you personally DO NOT know the number",also if its someone you do know but can't remember their phone number-"That person will still leave voicemail".

These people think I'm my neighbor and keep calling me asking "if we replace windows" they're trying to trick him into identifing himself or something. They're looking for this guy next door and now that I know who they are... I'm gonna tell them that we replace windows that get broken by angry people that don't like to get harassed. I wouldn't really break any windows though, just fun to say.
