Third time this company called, each time with a different phone number. Have stopped to report each one to the Do Not Call violations people, but just get a new call from them next month, under the guise of a new number.
Just don't call them back. Your dialing their number enters you in their system as someone who is interested in hearing from them, and then they have a way around the Do Not Call registry.
Shysters the whole lot of them.
