"Lady", while it's true not every spontaneous job offer is a scam, the offer from the caller spoofing this number most assuredly has all the hallmarks of a scam.

To add to the list of suspicious circumstances, I, for example, am someone who hasn't had reason to enter my name or info anywhere for years, so my presence on this caller's list means they're either going through unlisted phone numbers from who-knows-what source (dare I wager it's the No Call List itself), or they're using some seriously outdated info that should have been shredded or deleted long before it reached their grubby little hands.

This was a recording on my cellphone (on the Do Not Call list) stating that she had obtained my number from a lead list of people wanting to earn more money. As a college student, I imagine that my number was sold somewhere, but I did not sign up for anything that was a work at home/get rich quick/scam/opportunity. The called ID only showed San Diego Area.  The website is mindfulfunding.com.  I do not plan to check it out.  The website probably contains viruses or phishing software.

Did not pick up-been getting a lot of spam calls but noticed that the caller ID showed them as "COA NETWORK'

No one authorized you to call my cell phone and utilize my $$ for your advertising. Maybe the attorney general can handle this one. I agree, go get a job and do not bother me at mine on my time at my expense.

Somehow I sense the work-at-home opportunities you offer require the victim... I mean the independent contractor to pay you $money up front, or if no up-front money is needed, then it must be a secret_shopper/administrative_assistant/financial_officer position who will deposit checks and Western Union $cash to you.

No one offered you a J O B! Before you make assumptions you might want to look into your tiny little mind. Your J O B is a SCAM! Think about that.

A recording asking if i would like to make money from home and that she is willing to offer me a job. I am not looking for any such thing and NEVER put my number on a list. A SCAM if I've ever heard of one.

Just because your tiny little mind cannot wrap it self around a great opportunity, doesn't make it a scam! Real  J O B 's are for people that have no imaginations and stay BROKE! Your MLM (and those have 98% failure rate) is how your number gets on lead lists. So just because you are a bitter broke jerk doesn't make you right about this!

saying they got my name on some list saying that I am looking to earn someextra money. classic spam phone call. Never in my life did I ever sign up for any list like that.
