Theyre some kind of creditor/bill collector

I got a call today, and 4 times yesterday, and so on and so on.  And yes, no message.  The name shows up as WORLDWORKZ LLC,  and the number is 561-909-4297.

Its getting very annoying.

I got a call on my cell from this number at 10:25 this morning. I use this cell only for occasional outgoing calls and give the number to no one.

i'm a few wks behind with santander ... but their calls usually show as drive financial ... why say nothing tho ... really stupid

i get calls from them atleast 4 times a day. Santander has the worst customer service training of any company i have ever dealt with, my car loan was 4 days late and they called and called and called.

It is Santander.  They took over for HSBC auto finance.  If your loan payment is late, that is why they are calling.

Caller ID shows worldworkz,llc for this number.  They did not leave a message.

I just received a call from this number and they did leave a message which included the 800 number for Santander.

I just got a call from 619-757-1241, it's is Santander, my car loan company......they are based out of Ft. Worth, but have San Diego numbers.

Heck, We are one day past due and they have called 11 times already, I told them TUESDAY is payday I will make the payment then. I tell them please read the notes nothing has changed since the last call.Then next time I will tell I am so glad it is TUESDAY  and I missed a nights sleep worrying about that truck payment.

Here is another number they call from 214-540-0714 as well.  They just took over our truck loan and we have 9 payments left. Why do they have to call so many times in one day. Nothing has changed since the last call.

There are many laws against this the next time they call you repeated times tell them that you have ordered a copy of your phone records and that you have been requested to send them to the fdcpa-as this is in direct violation of the harassment rules and regulations, if they dont stop mail fax what ever you can send them a cease and disist letter, telling them between what times they can call you. If they violate, you can sue!!!

My best guess is Santander.  HSBC transferred their auto over to them.  These are collection calls.  A few days past the due date and they will call - five times a day sometimes.

It's Santander. They call from multiple numbers at different times during the day. They are trying to collect a debt. I have seen on other sites that not only do they call the debtor but if you used people to co-sign your loan or references they use those numbers to try to find you. They took over HSBC's auto loans. I have seen some complaints that they are calling people who are not late on their payments too. They also come up on caller ID as Drive Financial (214-237-3670 and 214-614-3380 and 214-237-3516) Fax Phonenicia (214-540-0714) among other names and numbers.

THEY CALLED AND ASKED FOR ME AND i ADVISED HE IS NOT IN BUT THEY WOULD NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE SAID THEY WOULD CALL BACK.

I keep getting phone calls from this number they leave no message and it is harrasing.  When I try to call it back it is just a busy signal.....

I believe Santander, Worldworkz and Drive Financial are all the same

I got a call from them,no message but I do have a lone through them.  However, I didn't know I did until today.  My old loan company went out of business and didn't bother letting me know.  Makes me wonder where my payment to them went???

It's Santander ... a lender...maybe you have a car loan or some other loan through them?  I find they start notifying me my bill is due 5 days before it's even due and from the day it's due on they call at least 2-3 times a day.  I guess that's to be expected since they typically finance riskier loans.

Also..by way of warning..they collect any information they can.  We were travelling and called them from a friend's phone to discuss our account.  Our bill is due today and they called not only our number and that of all our references but also our friends number...only way they could've got that was record it when we called.  And..we've never been more than 5 days late on a payment!  But..at least they gave us a loan I guess! ;-(

This is May 17, 2010. The call came from this number with caller id from Worldworkz, LLC and asked for another household member, but had a little trouble pronouncing the name correctly, and said it was a message on behalf of "Shelly" (that is how I heard it anyway, though I may have misunderstood that they wanted to convey a message to Shelly.). I told them Shelly could call herself. Then they explained  that the household member was to give a message TO Shelly. This is weird. Why didn't they just ask me to convey the message. But we don't know anyone named Shelly. So I told them we don't know anyone named Shelly and that I would report them because the number they called is the do not call list. So they hung up.
It was a weird call.

me too!  I called them immediately, as I wasn't even late!! They contacted my son the day prior to my billing be due. I immediately called them and asked them what was up with this procedure. They said they'd called me numerous times to no avail.  I asked whey but they couldn't give me a reason. After harrassing them and making them answer my questions, 2 transfers later they emailed me a form to fill out requesting no contact with references previously listed on my loan app (the old fin co.)  or to update my references. I chose no calling of references. I am always available for their phone calls and/or call them back same day,, and haven't been more than a few days late on payments. They are a piece of work!!

Same thing--call to my cell at 4:30 a.m.; no message.

this number (619-757-1241) has been calling my personal line and my hubby's business cell phone today, may 13, 2010. The caller ID says WorldWorkz, LLC. We have never heard of them nor have they left a message.
